In Texas its real hard to make ur first parole unless u have a drug case or 2yr sentence,,aggravated cases and other big cases you have to make atleast 75% of your time,,,most likely his gonna make his 2nd parole,if they gave him a 3yr set back most likely they gonna grant him parole, because they could of eazy gave him a 5yr set back.,the reason they gave him a 3yr set back its because he was caught with a few case's n phones,,..
