Without your kind of budget I think I'll go for Aston as a team, so I can afford both Ferrari drivers and Danny Ric, with the usual Max 2X and maybe Zhou as second budget since it's the one with the most points in that price range. Also I'll be using the no-negative chip, since T1 in that type of cold on 1st lap will be nothing short of chaos
And I can't believe I'm considering Sergio again. I must be wrong in the head.

Thoughts after fp3?
Tough to say since we couldn’t get a good look at the end thanks to Albon. I’m up in the air of playing safe.

@@Mazahakus he tapped the wall and caused a red flag. Session ended at 4:55 left and Ferrari never got to make a run on softs to show their hand. Their times were low on mediums.
I looked under my couch cushions to find some extra budget money....but no luck! Will cram in as much FER as I can, but realistically I can't afford Charles....Still juggling. Good luck Tom!
If I still have AutoPilot, I think this is the last race to use it right? I know I should have used it earlier.. but, asking for a friend 😅
Before seeing this video I had thought of a very similar team to your Ferrari build. I can't afford Leclerc though so would be left with the man, the legend, Sergio Perez.

From the last race I have: Verstappen, Sainz, Lando, Piastri and Danny Ric.
With Red Bull and McLaren as constructors I only .8m left.
What do you think about this lineup? Make room for Ferrari constructor? Take a risk on Zhou or Hulk to do it? Would love some thoughts.

Yes, solid option. 3rd in FP2, sounded confident. Stroll also in top 10 in FP2 indicates pace might be real
