" A better IT system". Beyond anyone's imagination why GP's and hospitals all run different incompatible IT systems-- what idiot allowed that -- yes my GP surgery has 20,000 patients with a system non compatible with the local hospital.

True religion that pleases God isn't about rituals or traditions-it's about love in action. James 1:27 says it clearly: caring for orphans, widows, and those in need, while staying untainted by the world. Compassion for the vulnerable and living a life of purity is what God truly values!

Smoking started to decline and obestity started to rise, it was once known that people eat more when they stop smoking. I still say the NHS should be reduced, A&E only is the target. Then people can be taxed less and pay for their own private healthcare to treat their self-inflicted illnesses. It will reduce the tax burden, preserve free will, and promote responsible behaviour, it's all good.

When I went to the hospital there were so many people walking around with clipboards in outpatients when I was a nurse in the 60's we did all the work collecting the notes and returning them after the doctors had finished the clinic it worked well then. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians today 😢

Scarlet says MPs shouldn't work because they should put all their energy into being an MP, at the same time as saying it's okay for MPs do a second job for no pay.
Nigel, I'm disappointed that you didn't ask her what's the difference between MPs taking time out to do a second job for payment or for no payment? Because the only difference is money - nothing to do with the time spent as an PM: Sheer jealousy of your wealth.

Was happening in the 1980s 😢 This has been going on forever and will continue because the UK government allows it. I had a good case against my perpetrators but the CPS Leeds and South Yorkshire Police lied and concocted a case that was never going to court or it would have highlighted South Yorkshire Police's failing to protect me as a child in the 80s

  • @ABCIDAQ

As a 19 year old i am always going to vote reform. My aunt is 71 and i would never vote for a party that allows our elders to freeze. Attacking the pensioners is bullying those most likely to vote conservative. I live alone and i worry about how this government may effect me. Labour may think that young working people love them but after the early prison release scheme they created some life long voters but in my opinion they made many more new reform supporters from the victims of these crimes and the people around them. I pray things will change soon! I'm no "right wing extremist" reform uk want the best for us all. I even got a pink reform hat that i wear all the time😂

I tell you what if i was to believe any politicians its a very small group but at the top of the list would be nigel and in my mind should be sir nigel on all hes done alone. Hes said what he was going to do and hes done it and so many havent. He needs a lifetime achievement award to for what hes done. If he cant have those things he needs something and people of the past would agree hes for the people.

Portugal carry out prevenative tests on all residents yearly. It costs approx 75€ and that covers all blood tests / xrays / scans / ecgs & visits to GPs / consultants etc & results are received within a week with follow up appointments if necessary. It seems to run better than the NHS. 🤷‍♀️

Think everybody should keep records of these cuts to pensioners and show them at the next election. Also State pension is not a benefit, after 40 years of continuous employment and paying into my pension through national insurance contributions. That is not a benefit, it is my right.

I hope the Brits are learning from their Ukrainian trainees the invaluable lesson of knowing when to put up one's hands, but I'm afraid that they are probably smitten by their courage , impugned in the likelihood of imminent death upon deployment. Just one request...please England , don't go declaring war on Russia, get decimated , and expect another big brother bailout.

khans idea is not a totally mad statement. It those leaving prison could get a home, a job and a stable life they would be less likely to re-offend. But it's a sad reflection on the lack of housing that to achieve that you'd have to let them skip the queue over more deserving people
