I was the janitor, the heretic had a grenade in his backpack that went off from the bomb. We both spent a good 5 minutes blaming each other for the explosion before you rolled up to vex and told them you did it. On that note, 'I guess it's fine, if it was self-defense.' 'It wasn't self-defense' was the coldest line I've heard from this game in ages
Note that uplink PDAs (and silicon and captain PDAs) are immune to detomatixes. If your target has a pen or a radio uplink, though, go ahead. Also note, though, that detomatixes have a chance to fail to detonate a PDA based on the number of accesses that the cartridge of that PDA has. Even if it does succeed, the explosion will just be a light one... unless your target's PDA has a detomatix cartridge in it, in which case the epicenter of the explosion will be heavy instead of light. The explosion in the video was only that large because the janitor had a grenade in their backpack.
The dumbest shit is trying to bomb miners. Miner suits have excellent explosion protections. They will be lightly singed and won't even lose a limb. Though if you're lucky the timing will have the fauna finish them off.
Hey you magnificent bastard, not related to this video, but I’d like to thank you and the rest of the Tgmins for making me the original Thingling in the event last week! Greasy Tony’s run was bloody and quick, and I appreciate the opportunity!
I wonder if we can ask for our objectives to be changed to kill other traitors when we got internal affair agent. Becouse while its just a flavour text it gives a nice chance to roleplay it
You can just choose to do that yourself. Setting your own objectives, and you've got a reason for it. You're even encouraged to since it says "Loyalty: Death to the Syndicate."
When I was a traitor, I didn't know how to open the uplink and fucking died by shitsec for shooting them with a shotgun the bartender gave me to get revenge, because that shitsec stole my PDA and didn't give it back.
@@lastember5176 Can be avoided by turning off messages. Which is what I do roundstart because PDA bombs make my character deaf making everything a pain.
Unless something has changed, it also doesn't work on people that have turned their messengers off on their pda. The real sweaty gamers will often turn those off at round start, even before PDA bombs start going off.

Thank you Uriel, very cool
IAA is such a genius role for a chaotic station.

@@MrRavellon bomb the chemist mid having them make Meth, no one would suspect it was a PDA bomb when they think the chem screwed up on meth
This entire round was an absolute shitshow in the best of ways.

God Damn, that heretic got styled on.
The best way to balance you is to make you hunt other traitors. :D
IAA is flavor text, your targets are still random, no guerenttee they are actually antags
manuel players need to ensure absolutely no action or antagonism happens even when antag.
Honestly, I hate PDA bombs because I put my ID in my PDA and when it explodes, my ID also explodes
I could just not put it in but I like my space
This was a fun round
rogue agent for justice
damn, they actually went through with Gameboy PDA resprite?
Evil genius
Nice one :з
Hmm yes thermal googgles, great short, smelly
How do you do PDA bombs?

Do you play Bee anymore? I remember saying with you quite a bit there but I get if you left
I've never been a Beestation player, you may have me confused with someone else

I don't play Beestation, this was recorded on /tg/station.
