I am not convinced of the result presented. More fluid was used to burnish that small link of track. Burnishing an entire Panther set of Friul Tracks would take two or more bottles.
I use JAX Pewter Black. I've used it on both Friul and R Model tracks and the results are fantastic. Three sets and enough to finish a fourth set out of a 16 ounce bottle.
@@mikewhitehurst6508 Nice. I've been researching some different fluids and metals, but i hear the pewter black is nice. That's good you can get that many uses out of a decent size. The AK 3.4oz bottles are not cost effective. I used 1.5 bottles for a set of panther tracks, with dilution. With the alloy of pewter and 'white metal', I'm going to try gun bluing and the fluids used in the stain glass hobby. I think i finally figured out what the burnishing fluid actually is.
Sorry, does it work for brass too? Thank you
Instructions say to use acetone to clean, is that wrong?
All stores are sold out.... Please sell at Amazon.
Amen
How would I use this on tracks with rubber pads?
You dont they work on metal

I've done 3 1/35 scale models with one bottle. And still have some to spare.
