It happens that you find an interesting leather, and buy it, but you don't know what to make. So it was this time. I bought stock undyed vegetable-tanned leather with a thickness of 2 mm. I liked it because it has an unusual fat finish. At first, I thought of using it to make an embossed cover, but I had doubts. But then the idea appeared to make a holder for a wine bottle and all doubts disappeared, I couldn't think of a better leather to implement the idea.
The product turned out to be very pleasant to the touch. Such a cover will nicely complement a bottle of exquisite vintage wine.
