you need one skill called unstoppable beast. once you choose succession kit, at level 60 find the skill called Prime: unstoppable beast, with that skill you will proc beast form with 5 different other skills. If you hover over with mouse cursor over the "unstopable beast" it will tell you which skills will proc the beast form. I will soon make a guide for succession zerker so bare with couple of days.

hmmm i mainly use the % scale and bleeding on my skills. Check out the tutorial guide video i have, there is the addons i use. Slightly tweaked now to better but those still work.

Dude how do I get beast form to proc. I’m new to the game and I just unlocked Succ on zerk.
