Very nice styling, but one suggestion: use em unit instead as it can be easily modified thru changing the font size without worrying about pixel sizing issue in future development ^_^
Better still, just use variables that can be changed later

Stephen i figured out my problem. Make sure int he @keyframe it says transform: rotate(0deg); IT MUST SAY TRANSFORM

In most cases those fancy-glancy borders and animations barely used on real websites. Too eye-catchy for users. Hence, useless in general.
Pero si sabes implementarlo a un sitio web o portfolio, siempre personalizados, queda súper 💯
