D'vorahs f22 is a really good overhead string by her. Unfortunately she cant get any combo from it. Run cancel the wasp and you have yourself an easy 31% off an overhead you usually wouldn't be able to combo of. It also gives her really good frame straps.

Knamzy Here's my scrubby answer. Down 2 works surprisingly well sometimes. So you could just throw one out there. Another thing is stopping the jump in pressure at the beginning with neutral jump punch. A lot of people like to jump and start a new string, so you could jump with them and do that. And if you're willing to put some time into the game, you can record the AI in training mode and see what would work best in each situation with liu kang in particular, if you can remember what he did.

When I played MK9 (which uses dash exactly like MK11), I could play at least 4 characters: Scorpion, Subzero, Liu Kang and Kano, and I did enjoy that game. With MKX, I still could not optimize a single string with Scorpion using running cancel. Too many buttons, too difficult. Think I will give up and head straight to MK11.
Yeah.. I can't runn at all. It just kinda too difficult I hope mk 1 don't have the run. I'm just genuinely bad on it on control. It's makes me not to be able to do combos
@@DBZGirlUwU No run from me either. Yeah MK1 has just released the trailer, and I, too, like you, want none of this running shjt. Too complex for us. And frankly, the long-ass combos also make it unrealistic. Just make it like MK11, and we common folks could enjoy the game just like the pro.

Okay so when inputting the run command is the sequence sensitive, like, i feel like my trigger finger is lagging behind the double tap directional key, would pulling the trigger earlier than i need to cause me to block instead of run, the timing is troubling.
+Sebastian Dominguez Love that response. I've been trying it since reading and it works most of the time. Scorpion seems to be different though because you're dazed for long enough for them to keep repeating forever.

Knamzy Backdash or armor usually in general; some characters might have other options.
I need help on this too please! Backdashing and armor is too predictable for the opponent

Imo MKX is more fun kasual since there's a lot of ways to get up to the opponent

I can do it with some moves but then not other ones. Such as her move “little prick” it will not combo for shit
