Hi John. My question is. Can any of the knobs be assigned to scroll the RC-600 (1-99) memory banks? Thanks in advance 😊
That’s a great question. Memory increase / decrease can only be done with one of the 9 pedals, the silver dials underneath the display or a pedal that is plugged into then CTRL1/2/3/4. Midi doesn’t give an option for memory increase/decrease in the list.
Have a look at the parameter guide.. however there may be a way to do it by manipulating the PC controls - connect with John Moose Taylor who made the RC-editor and he might know a way. 👍🏻

That's a very good question. I don't own one but the pads are VERY playable.

Yeah thing is... I have the widi jack on my MC8. MC8 connects to all my pedals including the RC-500.
So if this thing had a bluetooth then it would be really wireless. And i can control any setting on all my pedals using the knobs.
Imagine if you can get away of not using an expression pedal and just use the knobs there to effect the wetness of reverbs or feedback of a delay patch.. Whew.

How do i record midi drum input in rc 600? Rc 600 only records unusable faint sounds.
if the sounds are faint then you might have to adjust the velocity curve on your pads.
you can set the rhythm part of the rc-600 as recordable to the loops.
So you can use this as your mixer?
You could do yeah! You could assign the dials to be volume controls. 😊
