seriously well done for actually doing something super inventive with SS. while EDM is not my cup of tea at all, as i prefer various other kinds of techno, i can really appreciate all the effort you put into this and how you don't just try to replicate what goes on in the original tune, but that you actually make it your own.
Don't listen to that guy. This is not a bad effort. The original doesn't lend itself as readily to EDM as some of the other DKC themes, and what you have here is well done, with good energy throughout and a nice uplifting vibe infused in the main melody. IF I had to be critical about anything, I'd have liked to be able to recognize the theme sooner in the song, but sometimes a good progressive build is in the preference of the producer. I've done it, and so I really can't cut this song down for that. Keep it up, dude. And ignore the haters that don't/won't give you any constructive feedback. Let me know about any other DKC remixes you make. I'll give 'em a listen.
