Ebay is bad because you never know what your getting. I tried it a few times. I have gotten charms that were actually fake and not the real ones they pictured. And some looked so real that I couldn't tell they were fake until I compared them to the ones in the Pandora store. Walmart and Amazon are even letting people sell fakes on their sites.
Oh my gosh, I should really read the warranty cause I had no idea there was a one year warranty! I do this too btw. I harass all the Pandoras, Ben Bridges, and Jareds in Seattle. lol Also they can order it for you from head office! Another great video!
Yes! They will swap out a charm/bracelet if a stone falls of or anything similar to that. The clasp on my Disney bracelet opened up on one side (almost breaking) within about two months of purchase and they exchanged it for me. I've never asked them to order from the head office, but thanks for letting me know:)
Ummm, our Pandora store at the mall is very rude and says everything is fake. They don’t even look with a Jewelers loop, they just say fake. I had them tell me the Three Kings was never made by Pandora. I said yeah, it was a Jared exclusive for awhile. They never even look for the stamps.
All_Things_Pretty & Hauls Too I personally have not bought any retired charms off eBay. I’ve bought a couple retired charms from Tradesy and one from Poshmark.

Great vid. But how do you know where the stamps are supposed to be located on a particular charm? Thx!
Thanks for the tips.
