This is what animals do and your son's reaction (city boy) was priceless. It is really no big deal since I was around animals all of my life. I even one time when I was a teen ran and got my Mama and told her watch that bull. The bull smelled the cow and threw up his head and turned his curled lip up and I said Mama why is he doing that. She flew out of the room and never answered and I learned later she had to go laugh without me seeing her. My mama was very modest and I had put her in a position all she could do was run and hide her reaction. With animals it is always unprediction but natural. Good way for kids to learn things.
I have to admit, my kids and i frequently resort to "gross humor". You woild never do anything to try to offend people, and those that get their granny panties in a twist need to just chill! Love you guys!!
Check with Cog Hill. Their older potbelly pig had problems years ago with sight and other things. They ended up taking her to the University veterinary hospital and they said she was overweight and that was why she was having problems. They gave them an exact recipe to make for her daily and she has done great ever since. This might help. Love ❤️
Love the humor! And please leave it in. Grandma, don't worry we all understand life and their humor was done respectfully. It's wonderful that you care about us and how things come across. It is a true blessing to all of us that you are willing to share so much of your lives with us. May the Lord walk with you!
y'all can get another refrigerator for just the vegtables for the piggies lol than they won't get so fat. Just a suggestion. Y'all take really good care of your animals and love them so much. Blessings to y'all
Any grain in decent weather is almost the same as putting dark glasses on them and taking away their ability to move. If you don’t have food for them then give them loving. That is the best thing ever.
Hi Grandma and Grandpa!! It doesn't bother me if you show that kind of stuff but then I was on my Grandparents farm every weekend when I was a kid and have seen that kind of thing and other channels show it too. God Bless and Love you guys😊
Inside every man is a 13 year old boy. I had to get used to that with my own husband. I did say EWWW when it happened and laughed but then laughed more at Grandpa and Matt’s naughty glee! Farm life and farm animals can be gross but that’s reality and even though I understand your feelings Grandma I say leave it in. I heard your eye roll from here in Ontario! 😂
Being the youngest of four. The only girl, I thought it was very funny. It happens... I love your family, because it's all real. Sorry grandma, just so you know, I am 70 years old😅😅
Thank yall for this video! I want to see it all! If I need to turn my head I will. I really love y'all and your opinions! Great content! God bless y'all!
I love your gross humor! Don’t ever stop. I was raised on a farm. Things are funny. LeaAnn maybe it’s not necessarily appropriate but it’s funny and my family would approve of any sarcastic gross humor. Ralph, i love your wormy dance. Those who don’t like it, tough!!!! I love you all just the way you are.
You said the vet said no grain but did I hear you say you're still giving them a cup each ? You really are a defiant one ! 💖 No grain means no grain Ralph please do what the vet says One cup is one cup too much Try no grain and see what happens It's your feelings that make you think they need it They wont care only you do I watch all your videos so we'll see if you keep adding the grain and I'll call you out again It's for the piggies health you can do it 🇨🇦🦩
Grandpa Doss....go to your local grocery stores and see if they'll give you or discount produce that they can't sell to customers for human consumption. That's what my parents did when we had pigs. God bless y'all and just keep loving each other and your animals! P.s. As for the dog and goat thing, it's a fact of life with animals lol. In the words of Elsa, Let it go!!
Dear Sweet Grandpa & Grandma, Taking care of animals is a living journey. We all have speed bumps and pot holes we learn to deal with. Take the knowledge you have now and run forward with it. Let the pigs find the grass, all in due time, they will. Belly rubs are non-fatty and should be given without guilt or hesitation or self destruction. They love you and thrive on that human touch but the feeding of grain s/b removed, for their longevity at your homestead. Don't be stubborn because you know the pigs love you and so do your channel followers... As always, Peace and Love from Maine.
@twstdpeppermnt9128 a word of caution with this idea, sometimes nursing homes put their residents meds in their food to make life easier for all involved.
Grandma LET IT GO I'm 73yrs.old it takes a lot for me to have a good laugh and I had one of the best laughs I have had in a very long time. Thanks for your love
Grandpa dont beat yourself about about Lola its a learning thing I guess. I learn a lot from the families channels about the animals. As far as animal pooping when it happens when Matt is with you its funny as all get out. You two are great together. I can see where Grandma probably got upset with you when the boys were growing up you are one of them hahahaha Love you guys
I grew up with 2 older brothers and raised 2 sons, NOTHING grosses me out. I vote leave it in, I saw it and laughed. But that being said I'm 72 I've seen a lot. Animals are animals just love them.
Same here. And when you have sons you have their male friends hanging around. And you know how that can go when you have five or six teenagers hanging out.😅
Grandpa,I think that the piggies would rather have the tall grass cut so they can get to the young grass shoots. Keep up the good work, and don't beat yourself up to bad. Have a blessed Sunday!
Don't be angry at yourself Grandpa. You didn't know, and now you do so you can change things up. My Grandmother was a schoolteacher and she always told us "if you learn something new every day, you'll never get old."
Don’t worry Ralph, sometimes the real stuff is gross. Laughing is fine lol, these things happen, leave it in 😊. And Lola is over weight but she’ll slim down, ❤❤❤
Grandpa, you have a heart of gold. Take it easy on yourself. You asked her to be straight with you and she was. Living is learning, and your lesson was learned. Have a nice day gma & gpa Doss.
Good that you listened to the vet... and are trying to implement what she told you.... sometimes you can get good advice from friend and other farmers, but they may not always have the best advice...even if wll intended... the vet is the best bet on assuring the health of the pigs.... you can tell that you love your animals... so dont be so hard on yourself... no one is perfect ..... the person who doesnt listen to good advice is the one who has a problem... ive seen a few of those and I cant watch their channels anymore
We also had 3 sons. Believe me, I've heard it all and pretty much seen it all when it comes to sick humor. It's a male thing for sure. But now that my husband is gone, I would give anything to see and hear them cutting up together again. I wasn't offended, it was just what animals do.....yuk. LOL
I'm a 60 yo female and yes it was gross, BUT you have to see it to get the interaction between the guys which was priceless. You had to see it to get the joke!! Really great video!
I had two brothers and four male cousins. I also had two sons. I was the first girl born in our family in thirty years. I actually thought Matt’s comments were hilarious. All the Doss post are my favorite. Greetings from Kentucky.
First of all, I'm a 73 yr old who grew up with 2 brothers-,no sisters and I thought the scene in question was hilarious and I loved that you left it in. That episode 👌 gave me near uncontrollable giggles 😍 So dang funny! I also got behind on videos because there are just so many amazing people I like to watch. But I missed what became of Nellie. If it's on a previous video, I'll try to go back and find it. I miss her and was just wondering 😔. The Doss family, the Morrows, and Arm's family all are neck and neck for my favorite RUclips contributors. Sorry about Lola. It is so easy to love our animals ❤ to death. I think we've all innocently done that in our desire to make them happy. Love and prayers for Lola. She is such a sweetheart.
Check with your local grocery stores and see if you can get their discarded fruits/veggies. Supply your neighbors with a bucket and ask for their scraps too. My grandad raised pigs and he never fed grains. He fed what he could get from neighbors, restaurants and grocery stores. You are doing the best you can with the information you have at the time.
Oh grandpa we know you were in denial about Lola. You can’t spoil her with food just give her lots of pets and scratches. ❤️🌶❤️ if grandma thinks it’s gross 🤢 don’t show it lol

Wanted to let you know if you have time to read this. Its fixing to be pumpkin season, and its a natural dewormer for pigs. I grew up that way, so I’d keep it in!! I love it! Keep it in!! I get gross humor! Follow the vets advice and no more grain. The pigs will eat alfalfa as well so you can feed that to them. Praying 🙏 for all my Grandpa Doss Farms family. Love y’all and be blessed with abundance!
It's true this channel is farm life but you see things that the city kids or adults have never seen nor ever imagined. Don't forget that! Love you and the Doss Family❣️
I love your videos with LeaAnn and Matt also. The thing with the dog and goat, animals will be animals. I was like Matt, It was gross, but hilarious. And I think Matt's reaction is what made it so funny. I wouldn't worry about stuff like that. It did NOT offend me.
Love your video's. Can't wait until they're out. As far as your humor, I love it. Keep it coming. If someone doesn't like it, they can fast forward it. Or watch something else. ❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂😂😂
I can't imagine how difficult that must have been with the pigs and the goats, but they're all so precious ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ thank you for sharing
Grandpa, Bess your ❤. Food is Love and we’ve all been guilty. My Grammy showered us with good ol’ country cooking and it was wonderful, but not healthy. Don’t beat yourself up, just remember losing weight is for their good health, especially Lola’s leg and foot joints. Blessings 🩷🐖
Matt's reaction had me in stiches with the dog and the goat in the last video. Actually the way Matt and Kyle talk "for" the animals really crack me up. Really enjoy your videos. Granpa please don't beat yourself up on the grain and piggy's.... I would probably do the same thing. But now you know and making corrections your animal are very well cared for and when I see the love you and Grandma Doss give them it is so heartwarming. Praying for Lola.
Over the last 6 months we have seen Chad drop some lbs and enhance his physique. He looks and sound happier and is quietly proud I know. Ou editor extraordinaire really showed us how to sizzle on screen and looks fab to say the least. Cabral joined the club and her transformation has been life changing. What a shapely, happy, kern, interested farm dog. What a pleasure to watch her change! And now it is Lola’s turn. Thankfully we have a lot of videos to watch her progress. And the result will be like Babel’s. Happy, slimmer, more active and mobile and showing more of her personality. The next four months are going to be an amazing journey.
We have never found any of your videos inappropriate if anything we enjoy thing. Matt's humor is hysterical. I never thought pigs sounded like bullfrogs, but after Matt said it, he's right. Kyle is so quick with his jokes and stuff that we enjoy him . Chad has almost a different type and sometimes you don't realize it ubless he tells you. Have a good week and we will see you Monday. ❤❤❤❤
Grandpa, you have said many times that you are learning as you go. Please don't beat yourself up about what the vet said regarding Lola and the piggies in general. Take it as a learning lesson of what to do going forward. You have such well loved animals on the farm, and they all seem quite happy. I'm glad the hoof trimming is done. I like how concerned Revel and Rylie were when the goats were getting their hooves trimmed, as they were hanging out right on the other side of the fence, trying to protect their goats. I also love seeing Rylie and Revel with the zoomies and running around the farm. The dogs sure do love the frozen zucchini you and Grandma give them, and the watermelon, too. Blessings to you and Grandma and all your animals.
Love the videos all the time. As for the humor topic, are we talking about the cocopuffs dispeser the other day? That was pretty good an we laughed pretty hard.
The puppies were so concerned when the goats when getting trimmed....so cute❤️. If you think about it Ralph, it is possible that Lola might still be blind even thou you feed her grain...it was just her opinion. You are the best with all your critters!! Leave it in...it was pretty funny🤪. God Bless.
Grandpa, Please don't blame yourself, you were doing what you know with care and a lot of love. So glad Riley is doing well. So enjoy watching your video's. Blessings to all the Doss Family. Love to you all.❤🐐
check with the state vet college. That vet might not be correct on the "no grains". Auburn University in Alabama (Jason - Cog Hill ) has him feeding his pig a certain mixture of grains/oils/vitamin's. They wouldn't make pig food if it was really bad for pigs.
You can grow some veggies in your green house for the animals. Inflammation is the culprit of most disease. Bet when Lola looses some weight and you keep giving her fresh produce with some berries, it will help her and Riley too. Love your family. God Bless and Keep you. Leta
Youngest of 5, had more boy friends than I had girl friends, unfortunately I have to admit that I too have the sense of humor that a 12 year old boy has. I am a 61 year old woman, keep it in. ❤❤😂😂😂
I love yalls videos very much. I have stage four cancer. And these video cheer me up and helps me get threw each day. Keep doing these videos. God bless y'all and your family and all your feather and fur babies. Hope y'all have a bless week a head.
Praying for you Robin! Its a tough road you're walking and I know how much these videos help. G&G Does are some of the kindest people on the Internet and I know they are praying for you too upon reading of this comment. Blessings coming your way. 🙏💖🤗 Janice
It was too funny. I raised boys so nothing grosses me out. Good job grandpa doss, knowing you made a mistake and willing to correct it. Pigs are resilient and lola will be fine. She is living a good life with you.
LeeAnn, your hair looks really beautiful today! So fun to watch you and Ralph chatting on the porch! God, please continue to bless the entire Doss family!

Animals have their own mindset and it’s normal. Just leave it in, let it go. I have to say at 71 it gave me a chuckle. 😂😊❤
Grandpa after being in the Army for years and working in the medical field nothing you can show could possibly offend me😂😂

Grandma Doss!!! None of this possible without you ❤
Thank you Cindy. - Grandma Doss. ❤️
You have to be glad she told you what the problem is. She could have sugar coated the whole thing. Glad you told her to tell you straight ❤

My parents did that all winter long to get greens and fruit for the chickens. It kept them laying in the winter

I grew up on a farm, so that is normal, real animal behavior. I vote leave it in. Thanks for asking for our opinions. ❤❤
I noticed that Riley and Revel were monitoring the situation, too. Good pups!
Yes when Batman started hollering’ they both were showing definite guard signs and not sure which stuck their head thru fence trying to protect 👍✅💥😎❤️
That impressed me too. The pups 🐶♥ are on their way to being acceptional FGD.
Let it fly LOLOL
Love the videos all the time. As for the humor topic, are we talking about the cocopuffs dispeser the other day? That was pretty good an we laughed pretty hard.
Coffee beans.....remember!! LOL! That's what Matt calls it. Hysterical!
The puppies were so concerned when the goats when getting trimmed....so cute❤️. If you think about it Ralph, it is possible that Lola might still be blind even thou you feed her grain...it was just her opinion. You are the best with all your critters!! Leave it in...it was pretty funny🤪. God Bless.
Thanks for the vet update. You got lots of good suggestions. I say use your greenhouse this fall and winter. For your greens for piggies.
Go for it. You’ll are wonderful people, I always love your videos. God Bless your Family. ❤🐷🐐🐖🐶
Grandpa, Please don't blame yourself, you were doing what you know with care and a lot of love. So glad Riley is doing well. So enjoy watching your video's. Blessings to all the Doss Family. Love to you all.❤🐐
The dogs are saying what are you doing to my goats🐼
check with the state vet college. That vet might not be correct on the "no grains". Auburn University in Alabama (Jason - Cog Hill ) has him feeding his pig a certain mixture of grains/oils/vitamin's. They wouldn't make pig food if it was really bad for pigs.
Grandpa Doss, you're forgiven and you learned from the professionals.❤ 🙏for Bella

let it go.
It was too funny. I raised boys so nothing grosses me out. Good job grandpa doss, knowing you made a mistake and willing to correct it. Pigs are resilient and lola will be fine. She is living a good life with you.
Those "gross times" are part of farm life.
I think y'all are awesome. Thank you for sharing your videos.
Have a lovely evening. Hope it cools down for you and the animals 🚜🙏
LeeAnn, your hair looks really beautiful today! So fun to watch you and Ralph chatting on the porch! God, please continue to bless the entire Doss family!
Thank you so much! ❤️ LeaAnn
