"this music video was supposed to happen 2 weeks ago but inconvenience upon inconvenience pushed that back quite a bit. regardless, i wanted to say i have been extremely overwhelmed and grateful by the reception this track has received. trying new shit always makes me a bit worried about how other people will react to it, so it makes me really happy to kno yall r fuckn w this song. wanted to say first of all thank you to guervens for the cover art. they sent it to me completely unprompted or without context, and i liked it so much it ended up being the cover for the single. i wanted to thank ticox for handing me over the beat after i saw their post on twitter. i knew that beat was sum special and im happy to kno i was able to do it justice. i wanted to thank my friends kevin and luke for helping me shoot this music video and bring my vision into life. its hard for me to reach out to people i know when it comes to my music because i worry that ill get faced w judgement, but we ended up having a lot of fun making this. i also wanted to thank alfred for the fire ass tshirt and for continuing to be one of my closest friends, love U. lastly, i wanted to thank entropyservice for helping me do extra effects w the editing and for putting up w my super nitpicky expectations, i give it all 2 them for helping to do the shit that i couldnt do because my editing software is complete trash. anyways i think ima stop talking here cuz i been yapping for too long but bottom line i wanted to say THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT. if you fw this song and music video be sure to share it w other people, it would mean a lot to me. i got a lot of cool shit planned for the future of this year so stay tuned!!! its just the beginning. #luvfamily" - bappy
