So, perhaps progress has been made. Sorry I couldn't get better information. I'll have to make a point to drive to the area soon to check the trail myself! in the summer it hit over 100 degrees alot of the days and the closer you get to hemet the higher the temp gets.. rest of the year is pretty good.
I've passed by that trail a few times while it was being built, now I want to try it!
