This looked like an olympic level game to me. Not everyone has a 14 foot contact point or lightning reflexes, but the skill and strategy both teams showed are top notch. Everybody went for every ball they could reach without getting in the way of someone closer, and nobody was shy about serving out of system functions when they needed too. Versatile people with a great understanding of the game is why I follow this channel, and this is definitely a highlight match. Keep it up Donny, both teams today looked amazing
It would be really cool to see you do a reaction video to your own open gym videos just like the Olympics reaction and tell us good or bad things going on
As a friendly piece of advice. The guy in the sleeveless white shirt with the different colored knee sleeves, he has some pretty severe knee cave when he goes to jump. This as I’m sure you know, is putting a lot of pressure on his knee ligaments. If you read this please have him work on correcting the improper movement pattern before he blows out a knee. I’d hate to see that :/
@@Vaskonga Yes I am a libero rn but wanna play outside if I get the vertical jump. Rn its around 28 inches or so and I know exactly how to train to jump higher, but all I have is two 15-pound dumbells which are not great for progressive overload lol
Nice video coach as always ;) I just think the title is misleading since you are not actually training backspikes but great video :) Also I was wondering: why have you switch the Wilson ball with the Mikasa? Are you not using the Wilsons in tournaments anymore?

The guy with the green t-shirt seems like he can't keep up sometimes, but it's trying hard, seems to be a bit older too, respect for him
Yeah he’s doing well for his age
@@maxi3321 His reaction time is the really amazing part. If his legs could still keep up with his mind the dude would probably still be an all star.

How come time doesn't stop when the setter calculates where to send the ball? The camera should also zoom in on his face
