I have never commented on your videos but just a suggestion, never cover the seepage with tiles as you will not be able to identify if any mold is being developed behind it.
So better to get it fixed after talking to the builder.

I just remembered that I brought the same brush cleaner from Miniso from one of your last vlogs 😁 I think you should keep some silica gel packets in your bags and also behind your bags on the shelf so that they don’t get affected by any kind of moisture, I have done the same with my bags and they are in good condition till date..
