Mango Avenue, officially General Maxilom Avenue, runs east from Osmena Circle. During the day it is a busy area full of shopping centers, restaurants and some hotels. In the evenings, it becomes a major nightlife area.

I've been to Cebu twice and had a blast each time. The bad thing about Cebu is that everything is spread-out. So you have to take a taxi from one bar/club/scene to another.
That's a bummer but not to bad with scooter taxis
What was your favorite?
not really into the bar scene so that's not a deal breaker for me. What's the medical care and infrastructure like?
Moral of the story: It's 2am... bukas na lang! Go to sleep.

Hiya i was thinking of moving from Thailand to Philippines and seeing videos like this will help me decide. I dont fancy Manila or Angeles but Cebu is looking really good from what ive seen. Once again thanks i will study all your videos. One thing it looks quite safe there? is that correct
Sorry for the late reply. I was scared at first, but after walking by myself twice, I was no longer afraid. Many people walk alone.
Manila is a bloody dump, what a boring place. Cebu City much cleaner and way less crowded.

A very common sight in Manila during the day. They dont seem to care less, mind u public toilets dont exist other than in malls and bus terminals.

The sidewalks are wide the roads paved not bad
The road here is relatively easy to walk.
So mango st at 8pm had the same people walking about in the same order as 2am or was it that you showed same video twice ??

Place looks depressing , just go to Thailand, safe , cleaner & much more night life & cheaper hotels & accommodation:)

Happens all the time, no public toilets over there except in malls or at bus depot where u pay 5P or 10P.

It did at one time. Closed a lot of Mango St and the Covid ruined it.
And Manila is , Cebu is finished

Cebuana girls have pride and standards. They will not sell their bodies, not even for 50 million usd. Cebuana girls are loyal only to Cebuano men and willing to die for their man. That's it, plain and simple.

I went to Angeles in 2015, seemed to me there were more working girls outside than there were customers and the girls looked bored and past their best, is that still the case?
