This sick man is now out of jail. His only punishment was time served. Chomo’s lawyer must have had a photo of the judge and a goat or something. Makes me sick that all he got was a slap on the wrist then turned loose on society again. I’ll be surprised if he makes it until the end of the year w out messing up again.

I'm not terribly surprised. So long as he didn't download child porn or reached out to children, these violations rarely result in having to serve the remainder of a long sentence. They get jailed for a few months and then put back on parole.
New major crimes are what get you sent back to serve the full sentence.

@@MrEmeraldMan That was the original crime. But while on parole, violations are not one-size-fits-all. The violations for having an unauthorized vehicle and device, so long as they weren't used for additional crimes, are not likely to get him sent back to prison until 2030.
He was probably sent to a judge, the judge lectured him, warned him the next time he'll spend longer in jail, and released him back on parole. If the top reply is accurate, that's almost certainly what happened.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again...the system fails abused children.

I feel for Ali. The channel had just passed a million subscribers and seemed like it was finally gonna really take off. Then it just died. Imagine the horror of finding out your friend and business partner of many years is a child molester, tanking your future career along with him.
Zebra Corner gave me so many laughs over the years, but watching the videos now doesn’t hit the same, knowing what Mahk did in real life.
On some level, I sympathize with Ali as well. The guy is a talented comedy writer. But if he wants a future in comedy, he needs to sever professional ties with his friend. The industry is surprisingly tolerant of child molesters, though. If you want solid evidence of this, look up Victor Salva; Francis Ford Coppola (director of "The Godfather") supported this dude, and even sued Salva's victim. There's a great Nathan Forrest Winters interview by the Millennial report.
Yeah to some degree I feel bad, however he is still covering for him which makes me feel not so bad. If he really wanted to he could just cut ties with him and continue the channel on his own or find another partner. If he describes the situation to the viewers I'm sure they'll understand and be okay with moving on without Mahk.

This video deserves so much more traction. Zebra Corner popped into my head today, and I was shocked to see the channel dead... Holy crap, that's bad. His “Mahk” persona had me in stitches for years. What a crying shame to see the monster behind the curtain.
Same man same, I always loved the 4/20 specials and chevy commercial parodies. It's a real shame what Mahk has done behind the scenes though, Zebra Corner was definitely getting really popular too but I guess it was killed off way too soon but fuck it imma still hate on Chevys, just without Mahk.

HOLY SHIT the victim was 14 in 2017 and this started in 2009. Do the math and it equals FUCKED UP....started when she was 6-7 and they were related. He pled No Contest 8/12/2019. From all I read this was a relative that accused David of this after she was found to be cutting herself. No evidence beyond her word. BUT David did plead No Contest instead of fighting it...but that does not prove innocence or guilt. David might be a scumbag that touched her and had her touch him inappropriately OR she could have been lying for attention or to divert attention from her cutting herself....or quite a few other options. Based on the facts as I have read in the files....I simply do not know what to think. No Contest is not an admission of guilt nor is it fighting for your innocence. I just dont know what to think cause I do not know either person involved. I strongly hate anyone who would either do what he was accused of AND I strongly hate anyone would make a false accusation like this.
Allegedly, he was caught multiple times online when he wasn't supposed to and was caught on tiktok (I think I remember reading that he was messaging minors but I'm not 100% sure on that. I can't really find where I read all this but I know I read it somewhere reliable

Like I said, I'm not saying he is innocent...nor am I saying he's guilty...I'm saying I do not know cause there was no evidence beyond the someone's accusation. While many victims only have their words as evidence....more than a number I'm comfortable with have used their word to to wrongly accuse someone for crimes like this....without evidence or knowing the people....I simply am in no position to claim I know anything about what happened

To add to your video - He was out on supervised parole after he took a plea deal for a lesser charge which was attempted conduct which carries a lesser sentence than the ones the Court was trying him for - HOWEVER - it's still a felony and he still has to remain on the sex offender registry for the rest of his life.
His parole conditions were based on a number of stipulations including no contact with minors which is almost 100% always one of the first rules as well as being forced to wear his GPS ankle monitor (which records show he took off at least twice on the Manatee County Court Clerk website) and have an internet safety plan for any websites. He was a programmer and the Court allowed him the use of a computer BUT only to access specific sites that had to be approved by his parole officer and the Court. He was also told he could not have any new email accounts, social media accounts, new phones and phone numbers and no access to naked videos. His parole officer did a surprise home check and found him to be in possession of several "Adult" movies as well as being on TikTok talking to minors using a phone the PO didn't know about as well as using a new email address and he was also in possession of a new vehicle - which was a utility trailer. All of that can be verified with the court clerk website under his name which is David Irwin. He is at the very bottom listed as Irwin, David R. Just look it up Manatee County Court Website then click search by name and enter his name.
His original sentence from the plea deal included him being on active parole until 2030 with the GPS monitor and all of the safeguards in place. The court records show he violated the terms of his GPS monitor at least twice (see the court clerk website) and also failed to update his PO about his job, his phone, his email, his vehicles and the internet being accessible on his phone without safety plans in place. So he got arrested on the spot in November 2022 and has been in custody since then. His original parole hearing was in January but it was continued until 13 Feb when he didn't show up though he was in custody and I can't find out why. The reason why is a restricted file on the court clerk site but if I had to guess - either he was sick or in protective custody given the nature of his crimes and something went wrong with security. His new hearing has been rescheduled to Mid April and will remain in custody until then. After his re arrest in November, the Court denied a chance for house arrest right after he was arrested again because of his history of non compliance for one and for a second, Federal Court doesn't mess around with sex crimes especially against minors. That document can also be found in the court clerk website.
If I had to guess and I am basing this ONLY on my experience with the Court system and police (I used to be a 911 Dispatcher among other things), he will be sent back to prison in Florida until at least 2030 which is when the end of his original sentence was BUT there's a chance and a very good chance he'll catch more time for the VOP charges. How long that is? I don't know. I've seen a parolee get an additional 10 years for a car wreck that was their fault and I've also seen a slap on the wrist for a seatbelt violation. Again, if I had to guess given his flippant attitude about parole and what he did to the two little girls, he's probably looking at at least 2-10 more years on the parole violations in addition to his original 2030 end date for the crimes he got the plea deal on.
But again - just my guess based on 15+ years in the court/legal system and the fact my husband is a cop and at one point in time, was in charge of the sex offender registry in the town we used to live in years ago. We won't know the full details until his new hearing in April. The court clerk website is updated fairly quickly so the results will be there after his hearing.

An inmate can’t get arrested and then sit in jail for the next 50 years bc he or she refuses to go to a hearing or a psych eval or something ordered by the Court like drug rehab or in David’s case he might be ordered to enter a sex treatment rehab program. It is on the records that the Court ordered him to attend drug and alcohol rehab classes and he didn’t from what I can tell.
Eventually the Court will get their way and he will be forced to show up and he will be given more time for being a human colostomy bag. Just like if he was arrested in Alabama as an example and Florida wants to extradite him from there to Florida. He has to waive extradition to be transported back across state lines but if he doesn’t waive it, in some instances the US Marshals can get involved and that’s not something he would look forward to. He can piss and moan for maybe a year or two until the Court orders the Marshals to show up and shove the biggest star spangled red white and blue dildo anyone can imagine up his prison pocket without lube and drags him back to a pissed off Judge who is mad because a chomo wasted time only to wind up back in Florida anyway.

I actually responded to one of Zebra corners tweets with a link to the offender website u showed (might've been like a month before u made this vid actually) and they actually deleted the original tweet rather than block me, but it was definitely to avoid people seeing my reply it was within hours of me posting it and I was probably like the 2nd reply.
I say "they" because I don't know who is running his account. It may be his buddy who was in his vids, himself, or multiple people. Not sure if he's currently locked up or not.
I just thought of zebra corner last night and had to look up what happened, zebra corner was alway popular with my friends and people that we knew that were big into the car community and Motorsports community.
I’m famous! And just to point out, I don’t know for sure he will get more time. He may not. He also may get house arrest again when his trial happens again but I don’t know. He’s got some really huge mountains to overcome before he can get out of jail rather than be sent to prison but the odds are stacked against him - big time.
He also wasn’t accused of it. He did attack two small children. One was interviewed by the police and her statements can be found in the manatee county court clerk’s website towards the top of David’s court records. Trigger warning - the little girl says exactly what he did. Her sister was also interviewed but was vague about what happened and claimed she didn’t remember.
And it’s also easy to fly under the radar when you use an alias rather than your real name. I think on the Reddit thread you did the screen shot of, the Redditer says how they found out by simply searching for his name because they felt something was wrong after ZC posted the F9 parody and all we saw was Ali (the other one). Mahk was only in the video on a phone call and that video came out about the time his legal issues started.
And also, he didn’t meet the minor after a chat. He was at a friend’s house asleep when the younger sister woke up and he attacked her while she was playing with his dog named Monster. She said he made her feel uncomfortable by hugging her and then pinned her on the couch while she pretended she was asleep.
FWIW - i hope those children have gotten the mental help they need.

@@MrEmeraldMan I've read the case files. It was the daughter of a good friend, apparently a one-time occurrence. What I don't know is if he was found guilty or took a plea on it. If I were innocent, I wouldn't take a plea at all, especially if it left me as a sexual predator. Simply finding a place to live legally will be difficult for him for the rest of his life, and his comedy career is over. He's an Army veteran too, which is even more disappointing.

@@kellynolen498 expensive lawyers won’t help in a federal case involving minors. Just ask Josh Duggar. The Feds do not care. I would be surprised if Mahk doesn’t get more time from the VOP hearing. His hearing was scheduled for today but it was continued again until 15 May. The judge over the case wrote a note on the document used to show appearance dates that the Court is not happy about the repeated continuing of this case and that the lawyers for Mahk better come prepared for either settling the VOP with a trial or a plea.
It didn’t work. Mahks case got bumped until next month and the Court is tired of the BS.
I only care if he KNEW he was going to meet a minor. In most states he could be charged even if the minor lied about their age. So before I judge...I need more information of the crime/situation.
I made a follow up video going more in depth. Got so many things wrong in this video because I hardly had any info besides the fact that he WAS arrested with proof and also that he registered as a you know what. The other video I made has proof in the desc and shows what he ACTUALLY did.

Honestly great video, I was going through my old watch later 2 playlist and stumbled upon the videos and was confused why with a million subs, no videos for a year now.
Personally I never subscribed but I liked the videos at the time, still kinda do.
I think the main reason he isn't talked about more is the fact he wasn't as big as Craig Thompson or Carson, he was kinda behind the cabinet of RUclips.
At this point, seems the channel is dead in the water. Seems like Ali isn't going to take the channel over which is a genuine shame, I thought he was at least decent.

"Cancel culture" is a term that might apply to, say, using a racial slur on Twitter a decade ago... NOT egregious crimes like sexual assault (the child victim in this case was under 12), murder, etc.

If you’re referring to the fact that his plea molestation deal included, the words attempted it is just because they got him to plead to a lesser charge instead of having to go through a court trial. They’re still both felonies, and they will still both require him to be on the sex offender registry the rest of his life.
