My wife and I are planning on driving through to Ginzan in a few days but suddenly a bit worried about the snow. Do you or many ppl up that way drive with chains? As long as we drive carefully is it fairly safe?

I'm used to driving in the snow, so I've never thought of it as difficult. It's a little different.
