Officer Todd (the racist cop) was from Tra Rags’ third most popular video “Police Training”
He was also present in a crossover with Red Shirt, and this ties him, Unc, Dunzeldorf OG and Red Shirt in the same universe.

Power Scaling Wise
I would say the tier list would go like this
1. Red Shirt
2. Big Donzel
3. Contagious
4. Officer Todd
5. Current Unc
Big Donzel has the strongest body amoung them all, also he takes the durability
He took over 3 shots from Red Shirt, the same guy that broke a wall, making Big Donzel Wall+ Level
Big Donzel AP is around Red Shirt, thats only if we use AP = Dura
And Big Donzel was able to hurt Red Shirt who is Small House Level.
This Makes Big Donzel around Wall Level AP wise and Durability Wall+
Red Shirt being able to bust through walls with no effort makes him Small House Level, and his AP is Wall+
Big Donzel didnt give any visual damage to Red Shirt when he used his fists.
Big Donzel made Red Shirt bleed after using pristine accuracy jaw breaking uppercut on him full swing, while Red Shirt was wide open.
This made Red Shirt only bleed, thus making his dura same as Big Donzel.
Now Contagious, he was able to tank 4 hits from Old Unc and 3 hits from Nephew, and still stand his ground and hold both of em
THis says alot about his endurance while he also was able to endure the shockwave of Big Donzels pristine accuracy jaw breaking uppercut
And stood up, this might not sound strong but that same move made Red Shirt bleed, both of them were off guard.
Yes Contagious was behind so he only got the shockwave of it and survived, its like getting hit by a Iron Boulder going full speed.
This makes Contagious dura a little lower then Wall Level.
We didnt see his AP at all, but his reaction speed was something else, catched both hands.
Only reason he lost was cuz of twist it pop it, if not that he would have won and then spread their cheeks.
But his Hax are number 1, being able to even stun red shirt is a crazy feat, but its not a 100% hit tho, cuz they have to bend.
Now Officer Todd is tricky, i would place him third cuz Contagious is black i mean the rest are too but he wont hold a candle against Big Donzel and Red Shirt.
Officer Todd has no mercy and is bloodlusted + his always with a gun, I dont belive Contagious has the reaction speed to dodge the bullets, same to Big Donzel but Big Donzel will somehow make it and win with a lucky Dumbel swing, only if he puts Laser on it.

I think I Know why All three Characters came into Play, It all started in "Don't drop soap in Prison", During The Prison Arc What if "The Uncle" Was that Very Kind Individual, Who Slowly Became a "GANGSTA UNCLE", Who Eventually Met "Dunseldorf Ninja", Who also Got His Cheeks Clapped by quantavious.

Maybe the only one that noticed because of how much I LOVE Brian Tyler’s work in the fast and furious franchise, but that ending with the cops and helicopter was very similar to the Fast and Furious (4th movie) ending lol. he got beat up, which the fight was unfair cuz of Quantaevis, If Quan wasnt there then Red and Dunzel would probably have an endless battle, but Red would've come out on top. for the dumbbell. the reason why Red couldnt pick it up was cuz he wasn't a Dunzeldorf, but its not about strength he just wasnt worthy to pick it up. Think of it as Hulk vs Thor where Hulk tried to pick up Thor's hammer but couldn't. so yeah same situation as Red tried to pick up the dumbbell.
However I will say Red takes speed since he was teleporting, Dunzel takes strength cuz of his Dumbell while Quan abilities, cuz how he can freeze people making look like time stopped for them whether how strong they are or what abilities one have/has he will still freeze them by using distraction.
