Canon IR 2202 Error code

* Press the User Mode key. (Looks like a little man, some people call it the extra function or function key.)
Simultaneously press keys 2 and 8 on the keyboard.
Press the User Mode button on the control panel. If done correctly, the display will show
1- COPIER
2- FEEDER
3- SORTER
4 -FAX
5- BOARD
6- Press the Copier Icon
7- Press the Function Icon
8- Press the Clear Icon
8- Press the Err Icon
* To exit service mode : Press the Reset key twice to end service mode and return to the User screen
Method 2
Download (Canon Printer Error E002) repair utility.
Install program and click Scan button.
Click the Fix Errors button when scan is completed.
Restart your computer.

Hello, i have a Canon ir 2206, with The same error e002-0000,I followed the steps shown in the video to enter service mode using the code "Home - Reset - Back - Home" but it does not accept entering service mode, I even bought a new set of the fixing unit, and it is giving the same error, I don't know what to do anymore, can you help me understand what is happening and how I can solve it?

E350 means there are faults on serial number (SN) PCB. A check is made at power-on
Solution:
Turn off the machine's main power switch.
Replace the serial number PCB with a new one.
Assemble the parts.
Turn on the main power switch.
One again, turn off and on the main power switch.
Verify that the readings of the soft counters have been continued
