Last year, I made the decision to change some things about the way that I was doing life because...it just wasn't working. I didn't believe that this was it and that was the best that I deserved. Hey, omgggg you have found an internet friend in me because everything you said I can relate to in some form. This year I finally took off the rose colored glasses and saw very clearly my role in this world. I’m working on healing myself from the inside out so I project the absolute best version of myself. How are you managing the transition with letting people go?I feel like I am experiencing alot of grief and loss from all that transition,I feel it's for the better but leaving 7 year friendship, familiar spaces has made me sad

I focus on the long term outcome. In the beginning, I felt down some days, but I would work through what actually made me feel sad. It wasn't that I was losing them...it was that I allowed myself to be treated any old way for so long...I was sad for "her". I also remembered that I was making room for people to love and care for me in the way that I needed for them to.
