  • Ahoy,
now that Rebecca is gone I'm going to start working on a few projects. I need to check the Tranny and because my mizzen is sagging I need to check that out as well. So to start all that I have to take down the Mizzen Mast and dock ZERO on a Mooring. Then I'm going to make some room for the work..
This is the first video of a whole bunch of Boat work videos, so stay tuned, relax and let me do the working..

The adventures of sailing around the world are never been shown better as now on this youtube channel about our sailing. Sailing the world steps up to the next level on this leg. The world is big and we are so small, so sailing on the big oceans on our small sailboat ZERO is the biggest adventure I ever started.. and doing it alone ads even more adrenaline to this sailing adventure around the world..
( sailing the world - sailing around the world - how to sail around the world - why sail around the world - sail the world - sailing world - sailing routes around the world - sailing around the world boats - sailing around the world routes - sailing around the world alone - sailing -sailing tips - sail - ocean sailing - offshore sailing - sailing offshore - Alaska Hawaii Mexico Pacific Ocean solo alone singlehanded )

Although I am saddened by your loss of your crew, I really love the fact that you are carrying on with what needs to be done. A true sailor! If you're still in SD, let us know. We sometimes sail down there from San Pedro.

Your boat looks very much like the one we put an offer on. Although, ours is homemade, almost the same size and rigging, layout and all that. Can't wait to see what you are going to do with her.

Looking at a dirty job with that holding tank project! The masts are wood? How much did the mizzen weigh? Is the compression post metal or wood ?
Be safe. Looking forward to your completed project.

Hi Christian, I am very interested in this project as my old boat has a similar issue. No cracks but the deck has gone down 1/4" on the aft side of the deck stepped mast.

Follow up on more technical videos. I am learning, can't be a competent captain without enough knowledge of his(her) boat!

I really think if you added some crew your subs will increase... I would look for someone with vid editing skills...
More crew and better vid production will make things more diverse

No problem... I think your channel has a lot of potential, and I enjoy your sailing ... I think your channel diff from a lot of the rest, because you don't seem to be about one big party all the time... which is refreshing ☺️
Looking forward to the refit.. she is a beautiful boat!
