All recipe online are great but you provided tip. I was so nervous I kept turning gas off on and off not to burn it. Tried to make ladoo but mixture was too moist. So I used your tip and now I have crumbly mixture. Now I have left it to cool for 10 min. Thanks jeaps . One more thing when you keep stirring it your hand will get sore so keep switching hands to avoid soreness

my sugar did nit melt, i use white crystal sugar just like you. What could i be doing wrong? not enogh heat?
