It' ignores that each member of a corporation already has full 1A rights of speech, assembly, religion, freedom and press; they already have (had) a vote equal to every other citizen's. A more recent ruling states that donors don't have to be identified, so invites foreign and religious donations via LLCs and PACs. Like you say, UNLIMITED. PUTIN could be donating, and we would never know. This ruling is why Congress and the SC feels free to ignore the will of the people. It's the means to THEIR money, their grift. unfortunately, because of how the US Supreme Court was set up by the Constitution, an oversight committee could do dick to regulate them. so until some justice does something that's *SO* egregious it can't be swept under the proverbial rug, and Congress decides they need to be impeached, there's nothing that Congress can do to regulate them.

I have thought about that and I think it would require a change in the direction of the illuminati ( those that control the World Banking- G20) to bring about their US President that would work both congress and the Senate. Re-elect Biden; give Dems huge majorities in the House & Senate; expand the SCOTUS to 13; impeach, try, convict Thomas for corruption; and Comey'Barrett, Gorsuch & Kavanaugh for lying about Roe v. Wade during their confirmation hearings.

As a retired federal employee (financial regulator), I/we couldn’t accept anything of value from the regulated entity or someone with an interest in the regulated entity or the industry. What these justices have been doing is appalling. You can’t tell me they don’t know better or realize this is an ethical violation. If they’re that clueless, they have no business being on the court.
I'm Canadian and work for a big company. Every year we have to read and do our ethic code of conduct and sign the we did it. All this type of stuff is clearly laid out and is completely not allowed at all...they for sure know

I hired a handy man whose calling card read, " I work for Jesus ". Turned out that is was so dishonest and misogynistic ( sp?) That he took me to court because I wouldn't pay him for dreadfully sloppy work, making a real headache and mess. I won the case but I wonder what Jesus must have thought ??
Also if they stay silent in the face of accusations, this suggests they either think they are above the law, don’t care or both-- not a stance that inspires any public trust, when they are supposed to by the highest court in the land.

If we want people to vote, we have to get rid of this corruption. I am grateful to all the attorneys who do hold our system together. It is getting overwhelming how little concern for laws and morals these people have.

Sadly, neither morals or ethics are necessary to make laws or rule on established laws.
However, if there are established rules and requirements outlined as part of taking on a job then these should be rigorously enforced, and the penalty of not complying should be removal and prosecution depending on the seriousness of the offence(s) and how far-reaching the consequences of the corruption go. And where a perceived conflict of interest could be found, even consulting with a fellow justice as to whether they should recuse themselves from ruling on the case should be part of the normal procedure.
Roberts did not follow the guidelines, rules, or regulations of reporting those gifts of holidays, private jet travel, sale of assets to campaign donors, or conflict-of-interest-friendship with a financial beneficiary of the outcome of cases he ruled on that he was required to declare.

It's not just the country (USA), people from all over the world are dismayed at not only the corruption in the SCOTUS but how it is formed!!! The POTUS placing the justices on the court for lifetimes is truly mind boggeling to most people and especially those people in Europe, Canada and Australia. Should also be a limit as to how many can be appointed during one presidential term.
Supreme Court justices should be bound by the same rules as presidents, but not being allowed consecutive terms.

The Supreme Court needs term limits, such as an 8-10 year term. Same goes for the Federal Courts.
Do performance reviews every 5 years and have them demonstrate why they should retain the position. Any scandal or lie means they get fired!
