Lol I love these "mutt" builds. I just recently slapped a 196cc together myself for a ct200u. Flat top piston, used a stock gx160 rod to get the piston up a little further. Used a 208cc head with 27mm intake 25mm exhaust. Runs hard, super little torquer. I guess I tried to make more power lol, but honestly parts I just had laying around. Sorry kinda a poor comparison, I just think its fun how universal these engines are.
Im definitely currently working on something similar i got 3 broke down motors and two frames im trying to make one bike. This bike as someone had said in the comments is a Frankenstein type bike now. To me, bring bikes back from scraps makes me feel so alive when they work out 😂
What would cause the predator 212 to only run at 15mph? It has a torque converter with a stage 1 air filter with a new stock carb on it with the govoner still on
If I trail ride and do streets you say js go with a torque converter because I just got a wild cat so trying figure out a setup having even ran it once yet
And I'm trying to save up for billet parts kinda hard when ur 15 tho? But I'm almost done with the build cause I got a fram torque converter,exhaust,new carb, just need bullet internals and new cam with springs.
Working on a predator 212, aluminum flywheel, 26 pound springs, vm22 (with 115 jet) new rod and flattop piston and a 265 cam Just having trouble with it starting because it took me literally 3 dozen pulls to start it. And the first time it started it died immediately but when i gave it gas it started. Sounded quiter then before i rebuilt the engine
