15 yrs is a long time to wait for the person who considers you a only a friend. I blame Amy for allowing Celeb to stick around. She should have told him he would never get out of the friend zone.

I think Caleb moved on first marrying Ashley & then with Cassandra & their son.
He didn't just wait around for Amy.
They were dating on & off when Amy met Ty.
Caleb has been faithful to their friendship.
