What a great idea! Don't be hesitant to say the place was bad. Those of us who have places there know that close places down by the where cruiseships doc are there to make money while the ship is in. $10 beers are crazy! I'd really like to see an expat bar crawl too! Uno Mas? Sanchos, Monkey Business, Happy Endings etc.

I live in Cabo for 4 months a year and have routinely been going to Cabo since the early 90's. When your video starts, I remember when that was all sandbeach and there were only 2 big Resorts on the Marina...Marina Fiesta and Plaza Las Glorias...my how things have changed. I will say that it seems to me that all the prices go up on Cruise Ship Days..I stay out of downtown and tend to stay home and I agree that paying with Pesos is the best. I also like that you only recommend places you like and think are priced fairly...Great series Hiram, I look forward to more.... One final thought...most of us in the US don't know how to eat a whole fish (bone-in) ... so many people are scared to order it and look foolish eating it. Obviously you and your lovely wife know how.... one day maybe a step by step video on how to eat a fish served like that...how to eat it without choking on bones...maybe even how to cook it and/or serve it to guest would be fun.
I know I being only for about 15 years and is changing so much sends!
You as a local inhabitant of Cabo is so refreshing showing us the tourist the do's and don'ts of the city as too many times local will not disclose the short comings of the place, with that being said I don't mind and I have always tipped hard working people regardless of occupation handsomely for their service but if your service is subpar well so will my gratuity. There's nothing worst than paying for a warm beer except being gauged for one. Look forward to the next videos and stay safe, folks!

Well I have been to Cabo alot. Very few deals at the Marina anymore... The fact that they are charging a tip shows they only want people on vacation. So many places have changed for the worse :( None more then The Office.

We went to an Italian restaurant that had a huge black marlin tail sticking out of the wall outside and the rest of the marlin sticking out of the wall inside the restaurant and the prices were ridicules and the food was terrible avoid this place 😮
never see it before but i think is also a great idea so people can see and also they avoid.
this is about tourist can plan and have the best time!

Hola, Hiram!! It was so great to meet you and your lovely wife Isabel this year. We were the couple who stayed across the street from you. Captain Tony's is one of our favorite places to eat in the marina. They serve up a fresh cold mug with every cold beer. Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law states that it is unlawful to "make a tip mandatory or include it in the bill". The second bar was in violation. MXN PROFECO. Tourist beware of establishments doing these practices!!! Keep the videos coming and I will See you in January, my friend.
