I am a failure. I failed many times in my life, personal, professional and study life. Only thing I can conquer what I lost is study. I can't get back my personal or professional life which I lost. I want to study, but I can't concentrate and I am not consistent. Mentally exhausted after many exam failures. Please help me.
Hi, Rather thinking about changing the external factors. Start changing the perception you have for yourself. Your started your statement "I am a failure" that clearly indicates what kinda trauma or experience you might have gone through and I am not being judgemental here. Just few questions for you to ponder (Definitely not an advice to bore u but think abt it) - What makes you to consider yourself is a failure? Failed in multiple exams? - Look at personalities whom are successful despite failing in educations or in academic exams. Lost your personal/profile life - Look for personalities who are being successful in different field but have interest in another field. Hearing criticism from others? - Why do you seek validation from others when you have capability to control your won life... Just think thru this . Eventually, you will come back stronger just like everyone else. Remember , You are not alone and everyone has failed at somepoint. Cheers up buddy!
