Hi,Ive noticed you's enjoy eating and cooking with Tinned Corn Beef.I know it is a Samoan food.But do you know where it comes from and how its made? The meat has alot of food colouring in it,also much fat and added salt.The meat is all the "Off cuts" from the processing at the Meat Factory.Bits of skin,veins and the inside of a cow,mixed with beef meat, and boiled in a huge container ,are whats in the can of corned beef.I used to work in a meat processing factory,thats how the tinned corned beef was made and exported.The name "Corned" means it is processed,and cooked,befor put into the tins. Hope this helps with your diets and cooking. In the old days we called it "Bully Beef".We all ate it but we did not know what was really in it.!!

Ae a, magakua le olaga i Samoa, that’s all of us. Kasi le elegi ae aai uma ai le aiga akoa. But we were happy and healthy 😊. Gai makua i lā aso kau fa’asoasoa se mea. Now here we are in this country, an elegi per person plus chicken, lamb, turkey you name it. I miss home and its delicacies.
