What is your opinion in comparison with GE200 or Kemper ? How about routing options ? Possible to set headphone volume on different level like MAIN XLR vol ?
@@knowitall1694 Are you enjoying the processor? I'm considering to buy one for myself too. Other flagship processors are just too expensive and I found out that hotone ampero might be just enough for almost anything and pay way way way less than other processors like Line, axe, boss 1000 ..etc. What do you think ?
I'm absolutely enjoying it. I'd say go and get one. Although the JCM800 sound is a bit weak, the Friedman sounds are spot on. In fact, the J45 etc sounds are pretty good as well as the Mesa and Bogner sounds. What impressed me was that there are no 'digital artefacts' floating around in the signal. It sounds like a real amp. I use it through a power amp into my original 1970's Greenbacks. Never had a better sound. I had the Boss GT-1000 before and quickly sold it. Too mushy, horribly noisy, bad noise gate etc. I also sold my Positive Grid Bias Guitar Amp Mini. The Hotone is quiet, punchy and "growls" like a valve amp - chunky 'in your face' roar but without the digital fizz. But you need to EQ it properly. Check out Marco Fanton at ruclips.net/video/SAPqUejOcfI/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/MGkoHMzvm34/видео.html what he does with it. Minor issue as that due to the small size, the pedal is also a bit small. But that doesn't worry me personally.
Wow! That Dr. Z model is smooooth as silk. And that Engl model...!!! 👀👌🤘 Just went to 1:53 and saw 'Import IR File'. Sweet! Any idea how much space is available for storing your own IR's?
Can you move patches? I have about 10 patches I like and if they were all in a row it would be a HELL of a lot better. Maybe copy and paste or whatever???
@@tossedpenny I did get a note from the factory. I asked about moving patches and how to completely bypass all effects. Here is what they sent me. It all has to be done on a pc with their editor which is Not a very stable program. Here's the note they sent me....hope it help you......You only do that by using the PC software Editor and you can reallocate one patch at a time. On Editor you would see a button called "save". By clicking that button, you will see a pop-up window asking you where do you want to save it (you can actually also change its name at the same time too). That's how you change the position of a patch. Please note that the patch at the destination location will be replaced immediately and be lost completely. So be careful with this operation. For you second question, sure you can have pure bypass route by turning off all the module in a patch.
Best demo out there. No talking. Brilliant. Marshall sounds mega
I like the Editor !!! I wish my Headrush Pedal Board hat that !!!
I really want to get this. It sounds great to me

Seriously nice sounds. I'm impressed. The sounds could pass as a "real amp". Not harsh or synthetic at all. Or is there trickery?
...so, I went out and bought one.

What's your analysis of Ampero? How does it compare to other similar products like HeadRush, Helix, etc?

There are 10 total slots - each Cab IR file can be 24-bit/44.1kHz Mono WAV files, 1024 points www.vguitarforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=25323.0
Nice demo as always!!! Does the HiShelf at the paraEQ acts like a low pass filter to cut unwanted high end fizz?
Hi there! Can it do dual Amp settings like Hd500?
No, 1 amp block only.
There's editor also for the Ipad?
Dude. That would be the best idea ever
Per their website, no.
I hope that changes.
Ampero vs g3xn vs ge200 plzzz
Amazing gear for that price
Nice tones!
Thanks!
I just got this pedal. I have the Helix floor. This pedal sounds and feels better than my Helix.

Did you ever find the answer to this? I'm curious to know as well, just haven't researched enough yet to find out.

Thanks for that info.
Do the amp models in Ampero sound better than Firehawk?
Definitely bro. Firehawk is so last gen
Someday the developers will learn to eliminate the "Hotone Hiss"
What hiss? I didn't hear any. Besides, a real valve amp hisses anyway.
Lol....all these questions.....no answers
