There were no centers handling the ball, picking and popping and posting like Jokic. There were no PF that could handle the ball and move like Giannis. There were no 6’9 SF who could play every position on offense and defense. There were no guards who could shoot from the logo or the hash mark. The world has gotten better.

@@user-qz8yx8vg8s Bruh why haven't they, have you seen the Canada team ??? Do you see the level of talent on that team ??? Now tell me ten to fifteen years before did you know of any Canadian players ??? Or let's be honest how many international team players did you know of 10 to 20 years ago ??? There's about 20 plus international players that I know from playing in the NBA today. There may have been 5 international players I knew of 20 years ago, there's a difference.
@@JamesCH08 I've seen them all. The NBA drastically changed the way the game is played and officiated so these international players could thrive. None of these international players shine as bright when playing under FIBA rules.
@@user-qz8yx8vg8s Lol I remember having this debate about the USA men's basketball team the last Olympics. I told plenty of people then that international play was improving, that fact that you can't see it, is crazy to me.
The big stars like the Greek Freak, Jokic, and Victor Wembanyama are doing ok.
But Patty Mills and Dennis Schröder are out there cooking in the Olympics, but if you think they aren't ..... Ok.
You keep believing it's the 1990's bruh
@@JamesCH08 No debate here. You said that superstars are doing ok and average guys are cooking. I have seen the drastic improvement of the Euro players (for reasons that you stated)but even with the so called decline of the american player they still haven't caught up. In fact they still have a long way to go. Bruh, Shane Larkin is all world in Euroleague.
Dream team would still blow these cats out today stop the bs
1:52 vlad doesn’t know anything about basketball he’s just reading names off his notes and what he’s gathered from what the players he interviewed tell him 😂😂
He said “Derick White… c’mon!” 😂
Aries got that oldhead mentality. Bron and Melo sat a lot of minutes due to Larry Browm wanting to play the veterans
Vlad has never shot ball a day in his life
It would be funny if everytime Aries lifted up his hat random objects would fall out
Manu suited up for ARGENTINA 🇦🇷 Spears🤦🏾♂️
😂😂
The Dream team played against 9 NBA players in those Olympics, there’s over 65 NBA players in these Olympics, the old ngz gotta let the old days go. It’s different now
His Embiid impersonation took me out 😂
make a meme out of his face when vlad said lebron on this team🤣🤣🤣🤣
Half the players overseas play in the NBA so why is it hard to believe that teams from other countries have gotten better? To think that the US will never have competition is really naïve
Mr. GLASS!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
For Bron to say Kobe is the guy, is just showing respect to Kobe.
You know that because you actually follow pro basketball. These 2 bumbling idiots just need something to talk about.
Nothing to do with respect.. he meant it. Kobe was that guy
Nope, LeBron knew what was up. Kobe was undoubtedly the best player in the world between the 05-06 to 09-10 seasons.
Ginobili playing for Italy😂!! He is from Argentina, that’s not in Europe!
Yes Nowitzki played here in Germany for the German team 🇩🇪 in the Olympics.
Other countries have improved over time. It's really ignorant to under estimate them. South Sudan played excellent that game as well. Probably won't ever play that well as you can tell from the 2nd game when the US dominated. Vlad don't know basketball fr and Aries stuck in the 90s. Give South Sudan some props.
Football fans understand that if you popularise and export a sport, the rest of the world will catch up. It's inevitable and common sense. American self perception of exceptionalism at it's finest.
USA doesnt lose the 1988 Olympics they'd be no dream team. Shouldn't have won by one point. International basketball is so different. Gilbert, Vlad, and Aries is right
He’s not right… Because he’s totally denying a scientific fact which is evolution, Athletes period are way better than they were even 20 years ago… So yea theres NATURALLY more competition.. Go watch the first high jump competition that was on tv and then watch the one from now…. Totally different event because athletes have evolved
@Ismayehere there's a lot to write but it would hurt people's feelings. It's generational
@@TheRealDeal1438 wouldn’t hurt my feelings, and if youre going into the “soft” spill, then remember that ADULTS create the rules and set the tone for any environment so blame elders before you blame “these soft kids” lol
@@TheRealDeal1438viewership has taken a big fall as opposed to yrs ago. Why? I get what your saying. If I was a 30 yr old nba all star I'd probably wouldn't participate as opposed to 30 yrs ago!
The rest of the world didn't know how to train like the U.S , in 1992'
& it only takes one more point than them to win so I don't see the issue
😂😂😂😂😂😂 he sound just like Joel
dream team played 9 nba players all olympics 😂 done with 90s
Mr. Aries Spears impressions are accurate..
Ku ain’t never say embid was throwing the game for his cousins💀💀💀
A win's a win.
S Sudan are super athletes by nature.. USA were playing undiluted Africans with great genetics
@0:49 Jordan haters in the comments with a pair of Jordan's on 💀😂
LeBron was a rookie and only played like 3 minutes in the Gold Medal Game and like 14 minutes total in the earlier rounds. Larry Brown was a complete idiot. Dumping on Bron for them losing that year is pure delusion.
This fool got the same level of basketball knowledge as vlad
2012 USA Men's basketball team was the greatest ever
The LEBRON hate commentary be hilarious 😂😂😂
The Bench from the 2024 team would probably would go to overtime with the starters from the 1992 team.
The 92 team would lose in today’s game. They had 2, maybe 3 capable 3pt shooters, on the whole team. In todays game, everyone has to be able to shoot the ball well and handle the ball decently at every position. The total skill of today’s player is at a much higher level. There were no centers handling the ball, picking and popping and posting like Jokic. There were no PF that could handle the ball and move like Giannis. There were no 6’9 SF who could play every position on offense and defense. There were no guards who could shoot from the logo or the hash mark. The world has gotten better.
The Dream Team was the best of basketball. 😍
The ‘92 dream team is the greatest basket ball team of all time
I guess they forgot that the dream team lost to college players. Idc what any of yall say, that’s the worst lost by any USA team ever
Stop it LeBron was in the league 1 year before his first Olympics the man was 19😂
Embid out there throwing the game for his cousins😂
Manu didn’t play for no dam Italy 😂
