В России это называется Элеш , либо Сытный Хаш,(у Азербайджанцев есть просто Хаш), вкусная и полезная пища. Ещё был в гостях в Ченской республики там знакомые готовили , что-то подобное очень вкусно было. Ну вообщем как бы и где это не готовили , называется вкусная еда! Лайк!

@@Davidmesva using another knife back is more like honing the edge. You dont remove material. Sharpening on ceramics is like normal sharpening, you take away material from the edge
@@OndrejPrymek Well, there are some very expensive ceramic knife sharpeners out there. I need to sharpen my bread knife and some videos say I need a ceramic stone. If I can do it with the back of a ceramic bowl, I'd save me some money... :)
@@stefanoramon in Mongolia meat perp is every man job not butcher. We slaughter our live stock and prepare for winter and do not to be prepare for sale. Even in the shops we do not separate meat from bone. We like meat with bone. Things have different value in different places.

You will find it funny that mongolians prefer round over serloin and tenderloin and fatty peace of meat is considered good. It is just the way we eat and prepare meat. Different place different culture different butchering techniques

Like a coth line , and you could hang the meat in middle , so it gets steam from all sides and gets uniformly cooked. You do not have to cut it, use less wire and you keep the long wire too. :D, maybe next time !

As a butcher, those shin are cutted really badly. Not the shin itself but the back muscle thath contract the heel tendon. A really Great recipe BTW!
Mongolians usually tend to separate meat following the bone structure not muscle fibers. that is why it looks a little bit off
