That was totally great to watch and learn about. I have just one problem with this. I didn't see any people of color working in the mine are up top as well. I'm pretty sure there are people of color that have the education and training to operate the heavy equipment along with expertise and loading ability to load the salt in the containers just as the only white individuals I saw doing the working in this video. It just makes me wonder if Morton Salt Company really is a equal opportunity employer?
