That's awesome! :D Maybe you could put a video of their growing progress? Trees are so cool to see, both when they are young and when they are older. ^_^ I'm growing a lemon and a apple tree as well, and I'm thinking of starting a new YT channel dedicated to plants XD
Also quillworts hold their breath during the day, but for a different reason. When the sun is shining the other aquatic plants and algae in the water compete for CO2, and is quickly absorbed. So the quillworts wait till dark when the CO2 levels starts building up again, and there are no photosynthetic competitors around. So when the sun returns, they use the CO2 they have already stored during the night instead of what is available in the water.
3:43 if you pull the one with "corn" not the grass, pull it from above, if the grass breaks from the stem that has this cirkular thing, 1-2-3 mm at the bottom of the one you pull out correctly - it taste like melon (tiny melon bite)
A importância de interiorizar o exercício na sua beleza e forma relevante natural que emana até das pequenas árvores, num apurado sentido pratico! Este vídeo é um festival de cor e uma riqueza de tons e das diferenças da mais pequena para a maior a sequoia!
It kind of feels like 'fun facts about plants' or a trailer for a new series (perhaps it is?) if it isn't, then I wish you spend more time with each plant and explain it a bit more in depth?
This is exactly why im obsessed with plants...im like a plant psycopath...wonders never cease, atleast not in case of nature. Lets conserve our flora and fauna. Those skyscrapers wont be able to feed you, give you fresh air...
2:40 That exact same freaking little tree infested my garden wall! And its Crazy A$$ hot in here. Sun shines even on our "Unreachable" place! Its ok, you don't have to believe me. Peace.
The welwitschia is from my home country and no one is allowed to have them ...there are so few that each of them are tagged and it is illegal to remove them....im just wondering how she got one...
