Back in the day, gelatin salads were a mark of the social elite. There were HUGE trends in serving chilled salads and icebox cakes because not everyone could afford a refrigerator. Many folks had what was an "icebox" which needed ice to keep it cool. I'm sure you've seen the vintage images of the Ice Man with the ginormous blocks of ice. However, actual refrigeration was expensive. If you could afford a refrigerator, what is the point if you don't flaunt it with exquisite cold foods! Jello molds, cold soups, layered salads, and ice box cakes were all the rage for the wealthy. Eventually, it trickled down to the masses and if green olives floating inside lemon Jello was good enough for The Boss, well it was good enough for us! I love food history, but also, I'm old and remember my Grandma's icebox and washer with board and wringer! Great video!!

Hi Charlotte. If you leave the plants in their nursery pots and just put a cover pot over the nursery pots you’ll like them better. The plants like to be a little crowded, they grow much better that way.

My weekend seems dull compared to yours. Hahaha. You guys are too adorable.
When you repot you could add like perlite or leca to the soil to make it more airy. Most plants enjoy it and it helps especially if you're a overwaterer.

would love it too. I love Easter with all the family
my Daughter and I love decorating the house and we
have an Easter egg hunt for the little ones and I buy
then all pyjamas, it’s a tradition I did with my children.

I’ve been watching some of your older videos (found you not so long ago), and I just realised that Cinderella, looks just like the pup you meet, on your trip to Mexico, for your friends wedding. So cute! 🥰💕
Some plants may not like direct sunlight. Once you get a plant go online and find out what kind of light and water it needs. You may even make a little label to put on the pot, or integrate the watering cycle into your appointment calendar. As you may know, cut flowers placed in direct sunlight wilt very quickly. Looking online to see what care each plant needs is better than just popping all plants on your windowsill and watering them constantly. When you Re-pot your plants, go round the Outer edge of the soil with a dull knife, like a regular sized butter knife. Loosen the outer edge of the soil completely so it separates from the pot intact. You may have to push the bottom of the plastic pot in word with your hands in order to loosen the bottom of the soil and the roots. This keeps the roots of the plant undisturbed and you can place the whole Plant with all the soil around it into the new pot. You may want to have some fresh soil at the bottom of the new pot so that the top of the soil of the plant is at the appropriate height. Once you have the plant and all the soil around it out of the original pot you can place it into the new pot and holding it with one hand, fill the remaining empty sides of the new pot with new soil. Remember to keep the entire soil body of the old pot together so you will need less soil in the new pod and the roots will stay Undisturbed and the Plant is way less likely to go into shock.

Heat and a good setting lotion we used a Paul Mitchell when I worked in the hair salon.
I haven’t even made it the end of the video yet but I have to say you are amazing! As for cutting your hair Marilyn style but loving your long hair I completely understand. I loved my long hair for years but recently due to pain in my neck I thought it would be a good idea to get rid of the weight of my hair. I asked for something short that I could still pull up into a ponytail and what I ended up with I am in love with. I have had so many people tell me I have Marilyn Monroe hair now! You may be surprised at how much you like it as well as all the time you save doing it and money you save on so much less product. Also where is your hat from at the end it is adorable

I had sandwich cake at a bridal shower a few years ago, but no one told me that’s what it was. I was expecting regular cake and was so confused when I took a bite.
I think your pothos is getting too much sun, mine don’t like direct light, the edges of the leaves get burned, they like indirect light. You can also grow the cuttings in just water, they do great just living in water!
