the dog not look okay and not feeding properly, if you making an videos or content making sure your dog and any animals involved that they are okay. as a dog lover i dont like seeing your dog like that getting sick and not feed well. i hope you bring him or her in a vet as soon as possible for checkup. thanks!

Respectfully, that dog looks plump and well fed. He didn't even try to get the food she left for him, so the dog was likely full. I wouldn't jump to any conclusions based solely on this.
