There are two kinds of cave you can get electricity in (without using a generator), IIRC

Did anyone else notice the fact that jordan wanted the base to be there for the rest of wipe, but there was only 12 hours upkeep?

You can farm off camera you know that right and also it could be 12 hours till wipe

You could take this further with relay cave bases to reach even further down

@JordanRants You weren't doing much damage to the ceiling in that cave base due to your character not being flat on the ground. I think the game technically sees your character as falling in place, and it reduces your damage. Something we've learned while doing hundreds of eco raids over the years. Where you're standing can make a big difference in the amount of tools and time taken for an eco raid.
Hey Jordan. Just so you know in a semi recent patch, all the force crouch ecoraiding and force crouch rocket shooting no longer works. Your rocket will just dissapear and your Eco raid won't take any damage if done while force crouched. You are better off stone spearing that corner piece but standing from the ground not on the rock

yeah but how did he not see jordan when he was trying to soft side if youre hacking you will have esp always day full bright stuff like that so it wouldnt be hard to see him
@@ItzNot_Gage it really depends on the cheats. My experience though stupid base designs and insane loot = cheater. If not him, someone in the group was one.
nah he had a good gaming chair but it broke so he lost it all

I don't know if it's all caves, or maybe I was on a bugged map once, but when you were looking for the M2 if made me think....I made a cave base a while back, and was able to clip a small wooden box almost all the way into the wall. Only a small corner was visible, so always look around the edges of the caves, especially where no walls are built!!

This is the best location to build a base in rust. Alsost as cool as the underwater bases but so much stronger.
On some maps if you are lucky there is water in the bottom of that cave system
Oh, pro tip build your door facing towards and in range of the outpost/bandit,for your solar FOB, that way if someone tries to door raid the camp shoots them :)
so glad you can take your dad on holiday mate. dont ever feel rushed to complete a video man take your time on them. If you ever have something going on in real life the video can wait enjoy yourself. We can wait.

I don't even play this game and it's just entertaining to watch and funny too. I love it. I used to play heavy custom games in halo 3 and it reminds me of it. I don't play video games as much anymore, really at all. Keep the videos coming. I actually watch these while I work lol. It fills a void lol.

When you got eoka raided in the beginning I think the play would've been to throw another door on and lock right away. Probably would've saved ya. Great vid. Keep up the great work
The building probably still had a few seconds of decay/building blocked from the previous door being just destroyed, makes sense that he went out to counter as the door couldn't be placed immediately.
