في هذا الفيديو، يشرح الخبير الاستشاري بركات جبر، مؤسس ورئيس الشركة، عمل هذه الخطوط الابتكارية.
🏭 يتميز كل خط إنتاج بتقنيات ومكونات ألمانية وإيطالية، مع تجميع مصري وقدرة إنتاجية تصل إلى 1 طن في الساعة. ويشتمل الخط على وحدة التقطيع "الشريدر" التي يمكن استخدام ناتجها كمنتج نهائي بحجم 5 سم، ووحدات الفرم التي تحول الإطارات إلى حبيبات المطاط البريكرز بأحجام تتراوح بين 1 و 4 ملم.
🏟️ تجد هذه الحبيبات استخدامها في صناعة أرضيات الملاعب والترتان. وتُوجّه الحبيبات الناعمة إلى مصانع معالجة المطاط، بينما تُستخدم الحبيبات بحجم 5 إلى 16 ملم كوقود حراري بديل. ويتم التحكم الدقيق في حجم الحبيبات عبر المصفاة بواسطة البريكر.

In this video, consulting expert Barkat Gabr, the founder and CEO of Mansoura Engineering Industries, explains the groundbreaking work behind our latest tire recycling production lines.
🏭 Each production line is equipped with state-of-the-art German and Italian technologies, assembled locally in Egypt, boasting a production capacity of up to 1 ton per hour. Featuring the "Shredder" cutting unit, which produces final products of 5 cm size, and grinding units that convert tires into rubber granules (breakers) ranging from 1 to 4 mm.
🏟️ These granules find applications in sports field flooring, tarmacs, and rubber tiles. Fine granules are directed to rubber processing plants, while granules sized 5 to 16 mm are used as an alternative thermal fuel (TDF). Precise control over granule size is ensured through the sieve using the breaker.
