@@rblais it is what said by Bhagavan, because ego to be subsided. Self is there always,you don't need to investigate it as who am I.
Self and ego are one and the same. Some say "investigate ego" and some say "investigate self". Doesn't really matter as long as one really investigates. How many who are reading this are really properly practicing atma-vichara?
I'd say less than 1%.
