Writing cover letters 😢 mentally exhausting for me because I'm terrible at writing my best qualities, and I never know how to tailor letters to each jjob.Yet I'm expectd to do so for every job. I can't blame candidates for choosing the easy way out as they're expected to send at least 100 letters a year. Employers started the problem by using their crappy algorithms and listing thousands of requirements for a simple job, so they shouldn't get mad if people decided that two can play that game. Employers wanted confority, well they got it.

Would not want to be hiring nor applying for jobs.
Cover letters are an American/Australian concept, the UK ditched them a long time ago
Cover letters are just a waste of time
