The trick is to have a pause in between attacks, that starts part 2 after Jiren’s animation finishes.

So thank you for the information on what moves it can go through nice job man
It can go through any attack because the user is granted armor when dashing towards an opponent. The armor is lost when he makes contact with the enemy or if he misses. That being said, if he's hit with something like Flash Cannon over a long distance, he won't reach his opponent and he'll be hit by the opponent since he was stuck in the dashing animation for so long, the game will assume that he missed. It doesn't take into account the frames that lag when hit with an ultimate while dashing. So theoretically, it can go through every attack.
