Yeah, you can also purposefully "oversteep" in water to get a stronger tea flavor than you get by soaking directly in milk. But then you dilute the milk flavor, which isn't necessarily what you want. All about personal preference imo. 🤷🏻♀️

An easier way for the milk tea, would be to boil tea on it's own in a bowl and then turn off the fire, and add the milk to it either hot or cold.
