Thank you Keith, you are hands down the best speaking teacher. Sometimes I cannot make a head or tail of how to deliver my speaking for IELTS but just by watching you explain it in a way that cut above the rest, everything becomes so clear and easy. There is none other than a good teacher so now I don't have to say "I can't get my head around it" anymore. To my way of thinking, practice makes perfect, so I will make some example below although mine is just run-of-the-mild thought. Well, let't talk about my birthday. I am on the fence about whether or not we should have a party on that day. On one hand, I would like to memorise the date of my birth while on the other hand, having a party is not my cup of tea. As for gifts, I don't really mind, I can take it or leave it. When I was young, my parents were my second to none, they gave me toys and dreamed presents, which were my bees knees. Nowadays when I have enough money to pay for whatever I want, I feel it is not a patch on what I have given when I was young. A new cell phone can't hold a candle to a doll.

Hi teacher Keith, greetings from Taiwan~, thank you for making such informative/fun videos, I learned a lot from it. You are hands-down the
    best English teacher for IELTS!
    My note for this video:
    1. spot on: exactly right
    2. My take on this is that: from my perspective/my view of this is/ my opinion of this is/ my idea of this is.
    3. To my way of thinking, ....(used for giving your opinion)
    4. I'm in two minds about this. On the one hand, on the other hand, ...(not decided or certain about something)
    5. I'm on the fence of this, on the one hand..., on the other hand, ....(not able to decide something)
    6. To boil down to... (the main reason for it; the most important or the most basic aspect of it)
    Likes and dislikes
    7. It's the bee's knees( use singular verb, something or someone is exceptionally good.)
    Q:Do you like picnics?
A: Yes, I love going to the countryside, it's the bee's knees.
    8. Q: Do you like your job?
A: I can take it or leave it.(said about something that you like, but that you do not love or need strongly)
    9. Rugby is not my cup of tea.(dislike)
    Something that confuses you.
    10. I can't make head(s) or tail(s) of modern art. (Plural for U.S.)
    11. Q: What do you think of moder art?
A:I can't get my head around it.
idioms about Elas APP: it's second to none(as good as or better than all others), it's cut above the rest.(much better than other similar people or
    things)
    12. The person I'm going to talk about is none other than my father/Donal Trump.(used to show that one is surprised or impressed by the
person or thing one is about to mention)
13 Harry Kane is hands down the best football player. (definitely)
    14. It was a round-off-the-mill restaurant.(ordinary and not special or exciting)
    15. "Black Widow" is not a patch on the previous Marvel film.(to be much less good than something)
    16. It can't hold a candle to the very first Marvel film.(to not be as good as the person or thing mentioned)
