Like a caring parent who has their children sleep in a little bit longer. I'm new to this whole Poppy and Paxton tribe of believers but already I wanna kiss the little whisker faces. I have only seen prairie dogs in the wild in North Dakota. My dog was wuffing down the holes not knowing what was in them. Beautiful animals and so fun to watch! Awesome of you to bring their world to us to learn and enjoy ❤

Maybe you can do a video explaining the WHYs and WHY NOTs of adopting Prairie Dogs. Because of their 11+ cuteness, affectionate, and personality factors, it appears deceivingly easy for others to want to obtain one (WHY NOT factor: never get ONE). If you love the little guys as much as we do, a cautionary educational video, time, cost, patience, vet cost, and knowledgeable vets of prairies in the area, would go much farther with Poppy and Pax fans than with others. ❤

I'm sure you, Poppy, Penelope, and your partner miss Paxton just as much as we miss seeing him. I know you two did more for little Pax to take care of him than we got to see on screen, not just giving him a loving home and the best care he deserved. You made such a difference for him and made his time in your family as happy and important as you could. Thank you for sharing his story and how important it is to understand when a pet needs specialized care because of the type of animal they are or they have special care needs. As much as I think it would be amazing to have a prairie dog of my own, your channel has shown me that they have very different needs from my cats, and that my home may not be the right home for one. So thank you for letting me and all of us enjoy Poppy's and little Paxton's wahoos. They're so very special now. ❤
