I mean if you lift 15 pounds again and again, slow fiber will be fatigued and you will start using fast fibers eventually, you don't need to use 60 pounds dumbbells.
(assuming 15 pounds is enough to fatigue someone)

You will unfortunately accumulate more fatigue and it takes longer

How would the muscle fiber recruitement be affected if you use the same type of load but at different speeds? For instance lifting a 10kg weight fast vs slow.
