It’s weird to me that so many cod players seem to think that a gun’s recoil kicks like a paintball gun or something. It’s fucking stupid to be shooting full auto guns in a straight line and being able to hit literally every single shot. Different guns can be balanced by making harder hitting calibers or faster fire rates given more recoil the same way it is in real life.
@@zakhoyt7771 if the game was realistic 2 stabs with a knife shouldn't do the same amount of damage as a 50 cal sniper to the body so recoil being low is just better for players
1:28 the problem with al mazhra is that it was mainly designed for DMZ, so that’s why it’s so big. I think they should have kept wz1 and made wz2 only DMZ
Tbh if warzone 2 was the first "warzone" I don't think there would be hated as much. But since they took away what people liked about the first Warzone, it's normal that it got a huge amount of hate
I’d argue looting was even worse for a while which is where I basically skipped a year of warzone. Launch Warzone 2 was not good, doesn’t matter how much better it got. Let’s not forget to get loadout you had to do a stronghold, no buystation loadouts. Only other way to get them was to buy weapons from a buy station (on its own is actually a goated mechanic if paired with loudout drops but it’s redundant now with overkill by default unless you swap a sniper for something mid range for late game).

At least with Resurgence I can somewhat have a chance even if my teammates experience fall damage as often as Tim does.
I'm not really a fan of Warzone but one of the reasons that made WZ 1 popular it was because the core gameplay was simplified No inventory management, no 3 tipes of armor, no need to look for attachments, it was just run and gun and that is what made the game fun!
I love the content and the vids, but I respectfully have to disagree on the loot part. It is so slow, clunky, and annoying. It was so simple in Warzone 1 and that’s why it worked so well. Simplicity > whatever Warzone 2 did

Warzone 2 for me was a massive step down from warzone 1 I felt Shadow banned for 10+ kills or if someone mass reported you Movement was god awful Damage on weapons felt inconsistent at best Some guns got nerfed very quickly some didn't get nerfed at all when broken Just to name a few but I am liking the current warzone plus looking forward to rebirth again!
With warzone 2 they pulled that classic tactic. Warzone 1 shut down, make purposefully warzone 2 worse by making it slower mechanics, then in warzone 3 bring back everything so that there would be a lot more people coming back
Honestly i think the big br maps should play like s1 al mazrah while resurgence should be fast paced. They went for a simpler immersive style but everyone wanted movement
When it first came out it was literally a step back. Should of been called wz0.5. They made all these changes nobody asked for EVER. It was dry and boring. Vondel without movement was just rooftop warfare. If you didn't have high ground you are dead. The looting even after it was "fixed" was an L. Let's say you had an smg but accidentally picked up a sniper, so you picked back up your smg but you didn't have any ammo. So if you dropped a gun you dropped all the ammo wtf. Or if you picked up a different class of gun you had no ammo for it just stupid. Oh and vehicles became useless. You couldn't buy a loadout! They added in AI like wtf. Oh let's not forget the whole superhero shit! That whole game was a big L

Al Mazrah was such an odd choice for the main map since in the campaign, it was only present 2 times. It wasn’t terrible, but would’ve been nicer if it was Las Almas (which has unfortunately been cancelled), but oh well. At least Urzikstan is much better

Imo , WZ 2.0 was bad (I miss the revive gun and Ashika), MWII was a great semi tactical COD game and I absolutely loved it ,the campaign had a bad plot but everything else in the campaign was amazing , DMZ was absolutely great.
The reason why is cus everyone wants to abuse movement exploit bs and not want to have fun in a cod game, the stupid choice to change basic movement to be stupidly slow. If the slide cancelling and b hopping both died forever it would be perfectly fine we don’t need this movement bs just keep the game simple and fun

The start of warzone 2 was trash but Honestly the mid/end of warzone 2 is better then warzone 3 The guns just feel the same you put the SAME atachments to the every map the metas are so strict that if you are not using the nEw tiKToK mETA then you can't compete. But both game can't even come close to warzone1.

Personally I don't see the appeal of fighting rabbit people and rappers. I miss the good old days of COD when war was war. I'll probably drop WZ after the current season, I'm looking forward to Grey Zone Warfare, from the start if feels like realistic (I mean no goofy skins and weapons) COD + DMZ

For me wz2 was a massive upgrade due to the slide cancelling and b hopping removal, but other things sucked like events and slower experience

You missed a major con WATER pistol water rats, hit reg in water, bad visibility in water and out, and lastly the sheer amount of water in each map
The I hated that about vondel. Its otherwise a good map but the water rats that would just live in the water with the FTAC drove me crazy.
