Natalie Sudman (Near Death Experiencer) once said in an interview that it takes real skill just to exist in human form because we have to work so hard just to hold ourselves in this reality. I've never heard anyone else say that, until now.
this is why we feel freed when we let go the identification with our mind story.
I have heard some people say that being able to maintain a human form is actually quite an impressive skill from a soul's perspective, as the energy is so dense. But then, others say even baby souls who don't know down from up get to incarnate here. So who knows what the truth is.

@@ravenswood118No, a baby soul cannot incarnate in this density as a human. It will incarnate as an amoeba first, then will slowly evolve into primitive animal forms and so on. By the time a soul is able to incarnate as a human, it already has a huge potential. The fact that some humans choose to live "silly" lives doesn't mean they are stupid. There are no idiots here. From the point of the soul any experience is good. Even if a soul chooses to incarnate and play computer games whole life-time, it's still evolving.
A Course in Miracles lesson 15 is a strong teaching that whatever we are seeing, perceiving, thinking, we are creating in that moment. Boggles our mind that we are literally creating the room we are in etc. every time we enter a room.
AND we are creating all the experiences and problems we are having simply by focusing our attention them. Shifting our focus is powerful way to create a different reality.
Exhausting work to be constantly creating. No wonder we have to sleep daily - returning to the non-physical as a reprieve from continuously creating this dense physical reality.

After watching this I realized more that cultivating inner peace within while we are here is so important. Start with loving yourself and all your imperfections and realize that we are all just doing the best we can. Lao Tsuz said to never engage in battle. I believe he meant with yourself as well. Watch out for resistance and be more allowing and accepting. Most important thing I gathered was JUST BE.
I'm incredibly grateful now that Russia exists: the gift of hearing this woman's take aways and being influenced by her presence and insight is priceless. Same goes for you and Texas and the USA Jeff. Outstanding teamwork!!! BRAVO!!!

This was one of the best NDE experiences I've ever heard, answering a lot of questions I've had about my own negative thoughts and actions, the true nature of good, evil and--most of all--LOVE. The idea of being who I really am, of accepting myself as I really am--I never equated that with love before. But now it's starting to make sense. Because it means loving myself for who I am, imperfections and all, which is the foundation for loving others, imperfections and all. Especially because we are all from the same source. As Irada was talking about love as simply being, I really had to think that whole concept through. It'll take a while to process it all, but I think it's worth it. Thank you for this great interview!

This is a fascinating take on darkness. I just had a nightmare last night. I was in my bedroom, my mother was there and everything felt safe. Then my mother left and a devil turned up . I was frightened and woke up. I knew that it was a fear of death. This morning reflecting on it I asked for courage to go through the experience to deliver me from this fear. And now I hear this interview....
This is atuall more of a warning aboit the path youre on. it's actually fear of the things you hide when your mother/ agency outside ourself is not policing or protecting you. I woul take it a sa sign to comb through my mind and heart and clarify and cleanse. purify. Byron Katie might be helpful to you to do it in a non religious, judgmental manner.
A haunting interview. Irada's commentary carries more depth than can be apprehended at a first hearing/viewing. Hers is an unconditioned, unfiltered account of something beyond ordinary perception. Most NDE accounts have already been brought into a recognizably conventional context. They offer a tour of the the theater lobby with its posters of coming attractions rather than a view of the feature playing on the main screen within the theater proper. Irada's account is raw perception of an unfamiliar experience and much appreciated.

It's a lack of perspective that we all suffer. I had a similar experience when I thought I was an angel until I was shown my own behavior from a distance. It is narcissistic in a sense but not what you would call classic narcissism.

Thank you for this video. This makes total sense to me from an experience I had in the past. I had been regressed under hypnosis to visit former lives of myself. She was a lovely, talented woman who did this, and later offered an experience of in between lives. This excited me very much so I underwent hypnosis. After transitioning, which was very loud, I came upon a situation that was sort of cloud like in appearance, but I was aware of communicating with others. I can’t tell you exactly how many others, but no more than 10 to the small group. The others seem to be aware of me being there or something different about me and asked what are you doing here. I said well I wanted to know what the after life or in between lives was all about. After some actually interesting lighthearted discussion, I realized my attention was drawn to another portal, and as soon as my attention was there, I was there like instantaneously. And it was like a viewing into another world and I saw that there was a planet in formation. And there were several of these portals with different planets being formed There is more to the story, but I’ll cut to the chase. Basically this small group and myself were terraformers and somehow through different emotions we had to coordinate our thoughts to be creative. If those thoughts were not in harmonic resonance the planet started to fall apart. I became aware that my harmonic resonance was in the nature of laughter. And in my present life, probably other lives as well that I will say, present life, the more I’d found humour in laughter with people the better, my harmonic resonance with others became. So when this lady says that it is a lot of work to create a concept, I totally get that because we do create worlds and lots of other forms in general but it requires cooperation and work. I've been watching NDE accounts since 2012 since reading Dr. Eben Alexander's NDE and recently asked "what's next" and this comes up. Thank you Jeff & Mara for bringing Irada to your channel. This is so amazing . In the book Conversation with God by Neil Donald Walsh, God is explaining how it only knew itself conceptually, He is everything there is and everything that ever will be. But it could only lnow it conceptually not experiencally. And thats when it created life. It created us so it could know itself experiencally, through us and we are to remember who we truly are .

I also had a similar experience where a great teacher sent enormous energy throughout my body (he was far away from me) and i felt an icy cold energy ripping through me like a thousand knives. It terrified me. Eventually i came to realize that it was my own fear and resistance. When i surrendered to the universal energy, it was loving and blissful.

Wonderful interview. When we consider that consciousness is simply energy with a focused intention. The idea that within consciousness certain concepts reside makes sense. This woman's experience is utterly fascinating.

“It’s enough to just be.” She is so profound; I’m also trying to find my way back from trying to be good and take care of everyone to just BE.
She described what certain professionals would call a communal narcissist (or someone having the hero's or savior's complex). Unfortunately, I know someone close to me who has those traits, and I can confirm that it does create harm even though it seems she is 'fighting' for what is righteous on the outside. I am glad her experience liberated her from this.

Astonishing. I'll watch this a lot. A truly extraordinary understanding of reality, from a heart grounded in love. I've downloaded Irada's book too... I need more of this.
VIBRATION.
At death everything is determined by the Vibration of our State of Being. People who hurt and harm others have a very low vibration. Hatred, Greed, Revenge are examples of very low vibrations. Love, Kindness, Compassion are examples of very high vibrations.
If someone like Hitler dies, they will transition to the lowest level of Heaven. The higher the vibratory state of being at death will allow a transition to a higher level of the Heavens. The Highest Level of Heaven is the one closest to Source.
At the lowest level is where NDE's describe souls the have what they consider "Hellish Experiences." They will find themselves with others who are of a low vibration. Unlike "Organized Religions" concept of Hell where individuals cannot escape - the ones at this lowest level can ascend to higher levels IF they are willing to accept help from their Guides and Guardian Angels.
If they accept help from the Light their experience will continue to improve. If they refuse the help and refuse to change they will stay for as long as they remain in that low vibration.
Bottom Line: Everyone will eventually find what NDE's call "Home" - a place of Love, Joy and Peace.
A theme that is found throughout all the messages of NDE's is -
#1 We are Unconditionally Loved. #2 The is NO JUDGEMENT. #3 There is NO DEATH.

It is only 15 minutes in and I felt SO MUCH from her experience...I felt so much I wanted to cry very VERY deeply.
To be comfortable to damage people in the process of being good should already tell one yhat their good is not really good.
Indo believe she thought of herself that way, but that only shows the amount of selfdeception she was living in before the NDE.
Too much identification and pressure on being good causes people to justify their bad actions within their own minds.
I really enjoy listening to her experience and get an insight in her psychology.
That's what religion does, too. I had to wake up from that mindset as well, because what it claims to be love...really wasn't very loving at all, some of the time😅

@zion367 I had the exact same experience you were explaining, about believing God to be good, and "loving" others also in a way, that you think is good (according to Christianity,) but once you start seeing things for how they are, you realize it's not actually good, or love. I realize that might differ based on the person's experince. But for me...part of leaving Christianity was definitely realizing and choosing what love really was, as opposed to what religion taught that it was. And being brainwashed that you were loving people that way.
Shadow work, acceptance and integration of our suppressed parts is so important. That's the way to allow our authentic self to JUST BE.

I've seen it too ! The concept of love is the concept of everything, and it equals everything, cause everything is made out of it, everything is made of love ! But it's a pure Love, it's an infinite Love that is Full of peace, of passion, joy, compassion, bliss, grace, and understanding. That's what real Love is... and it doesn't judge... it just loves...
This show with Irada was riveting. The whole concept of being the do gooder in this reality accompanied control and perfection that becomes blinding to anothers POV. She realized she was in amnesia -- she forgot others feelings . I know ppl like that, spiritual arrogance included. Her explanations were very good and she has raised her frequency for herself and as a teacher for others. We label Evil s demonic, yet evil is forgetting from whence we came. Then those , fall prey to the heavy perceptions and imaginings that try to exalt ourselves just as those beings did who fell away from Source.

She is saying that you have to be who you are because who already have your family soul on your frequency helping you accomplishing what you came here to do. You have experiences from your past lives , embedded on. Your authentic self. Make your story of this incarnation developing just the way it should be. So if you day being acceptable with yourself you are not going to be in the darkness, you will fit your frequency , the diameter of your ball will fit right in with the same frequency holes and you ll transition to your next incarnation much faster. ( A t least , that was my understanding).

I’m 80 years old and I’m so tired of being here, but at the same time I want to stick around to see how the story unfolds. My mind is a little blown. I still don’t understand the concept that this “isn’t real.” Physically it sure feels real. When I stub my toe, that hurts! To "Source" the Creator of all things? To Jeff and Mara? Or to you Irada, a name I will take coming from “irradiate”, since you made the light radiate through me in your multiple concepts which were so clearly explained to me?
It goes without saying that all three are affected. I can say that if even one of these entities were missing, I would not have received anything.
For so long, I have had a deep admiration for the extreme subtlety of how life works. It's only happiness !
Everyone is therefore entitled to my deepest gratitude. However, I apologize to the other two, but it is to you, Irada, that I turn my thoughts to say the following:
You have filled me with happiness and comfort; So I didn't think so poorly in my attempts to understand as much of the language of life as possible. I have already been fascinated by the books written about the life of Anastasia, the Siberian shaman, who inspired this wonderful school of Mikhail Shetinin.
But also by my long quest which, by its sincerity, devoid of ego and personal interest, but guided by a desire to be as positive as possible towards others, as you seek to be in fact, even in proceeding as you did, the proof is these retrospective thanks from some of your friends, even if you thought you had “demolished” them.
You were, you said it yourself, totally sincere. I have always tried to be one, but without forcing anyone, always thinking that I only offer one version of things, leaving others free to adhere to it or not. My possible questions remain perpetual, but testimonies like yours, dear Irada, comfort me, reassure me, because I believe that I was not too lost. I will keep your testimony carefully to listen to it again, so that my whole being can benefit from it and continue its evolution in complete peace of mind. Although I am no longer of an age that allows me to see the duration of my life in the long term. (77 years for us humans is not the beginning) I am happy to know that what I share with my daughter, my granddaughter and those who want to stay among my friends and in relation with me, will not only receive "dream " or some fantasies coming from my imagination, as some have thought in what concerns me. Infinite gratitude and all my thanks once again.

I remember what I really am, before I came as a kid and it’s lonely because no one knows what you’re talking about. You know you are pretending being your name and flesh suitcase. But you try anyway, then as an adult you understand you are walking through your own imaginal constructs and the bounce back of your thoughts and the exterior interactions can overlap and be simultaneous. But even with that understanding I am not a master mind, I am not purely loving in 3D . I purposely created once for myself and felt unfair embarrassment and I knew it was coming so it wasn’t crushing but it showed me I’m hard on myself. If I’m not perfect I thought I deserve to be mocked and embarrassed. So it shows you what you are, the mirror. My guides always use blue flashes or orbs on the left side of my peripheral vision. I found out that during hypnosis people lean to the right for the past and lean to the left for the future. So it makes sense they are from the future. Your guides are just you from the future. (Even though time does not exist) Humans will more and more understand how they work. You reach back to help (human) yourself also as the guide. Parenting is the same idea. You nurture that piece of yourself that broke off from you. Practice guiding, loving.

I started out and for years my prayers were, “ Please mother and father God, surround my loved ones myself, and my Pets with the white light of the Holy Spirit and Christ consciousness, please protect my loved ones myself and my pets from harm, accidents, illnesses, dark, and gray entities, natural disasters, people who do not like us, and ourselves.” Recently in the past few months, I have added the words.” I just want to love and be loved..”. I came to the conclusion that if I loved everyone and everyone loved me, how could there be anything missing and there would be more happiness in my life? Right? When I was in college I contracted strep throat and mononucleosis simultaneously. One night my fever soared such that my bed was soaked with sweat and I was delirious. I then became aware of ten or twelve beings standing around my bed. Some were human while others had alien or lizard-like faces. They all had grim looks on their faces, but I was not afraid of them. I felt that they were there to guide me to the next world. I don’t remember them speaking, just being there on the edge of death. Did I have an NDE, I don’t know; but it forever changed my perspectives of life and death.

She has a very Russian personality and spirit. The righteous stubborn warrior. She never questioned it. I can relate even though I am American. It's always good to leave an openness in your heart that we don't know or completely understand the consequences of our actions when we come from a place pride. Now she has a more humble soul and learned that life is more about flowing and observing things from a place of lightness and forgiveness also authenticity trumps "goodness". It's amazing that we can learn from so many of these experiences that share similar concepts. Appreciate the channel.
