    Hi, how are you ?
    -Can I use a regular gel black for the base ?
    -You said that we have to use the termochromic liquide over artificial nail only, so i can't use it over my natural nail (after applying a gel base coat and a gel black color???)
    -And the last question : any gel base and top coat should work ?
    Thank you xoxo

      You would think it would be ok because of the layers before it...but it’s so expensive, I’m making a set I can reuse. Or just a ring finger and the rest all black. (My favorite color is black and rainbow 😁)

    The paint drip one would also look cool with a matte bg and the color glossy.

    why can you only use it over artificial nails? will it damage the natural nail?

    I’ve just received my order. Can you please tell me how I should clean any brushes, tools etc. ? Love the video thank you

    • @Laurart
      @Laurart  4 года назад +1

      To clean a brush from gel /gel paint i soak it in a drop of clear base coat gel and wipe it gently on a lint free pad, then add the cap and store in away from the sunlight. For the liquid crystal you can just peel it off the tool, for the brush you have to clean it before it dries. Hope that helps 😙

    So mine dried up a few days after I opened the pot to use only a little. Is there a way to rejuvenate the leftover and dried liquid?

    How to restore dried thermochromic liquid?

  • @WC2hands
    @WC2hands 4 года назад

    I want to get these but I'm afraid they won't last. I wash my hands a lost at work & water kills the thermo crystals right, so how will these work. Does the nail gel keep them from dying when touching water

    • @Laurart
      @Laurart  4 года назад +3

      You could try applying two coats of top coat or better incapsulate it in a layer of clear gel. Leave a small margin from the free edge and the sides 😊

  • @eejay89
    @eejay89 4 года назад

    How do you get the top coat to stick on without lifting? Ive did the whole nail design and 2-3 days later the topcoat lifted with the liquid crystal leaving only my black gel on my nail. ☹ tips please.

    • @Laurart
      @Laurart  4 года назад +1

      You could leave a tiny margin around the nail without the liquid crystal, to seal it better. If you have a hard gel, thin layer before top coat should help as well.

      Wipe black with alcohol and lightly buff so it has something to grip to,THEN apply thermo paint 🤗

    Why on only artificial nails

  • @TheBwiggs

    Why should it be used only on artificial nails?

    • @Laurart
      @Laurart  2 года назад

      This is according to the manufacturer instructions. I assume that it's best for the liquid not to absorbed into the nail plate.

    • @TheBwiggs
      @TheBwiggs 2 года назад +1

      @@Laurart I actually looked up the product and bought some. The manufacturer now says it’s fine to use with natural nails.

      You have to let it fully air dry, it can take 3-10 min depending on the thickness of the layer.

    • @AJManol
      @AJManol 4 года назад

      It's important to apply it evenly thick, and not apply too much topcoat on top, otherwise it won't be as reactive 🤗

      Regardless of any technique I have tried with this stuff in general it likes to chip. The only time it doesn't chip is if you encapsulat the design in the center of the nail not as a whole nail.
